Excellent Replacement
Review for "ADVTRONICS 2 Packs 18V Lithium PC18BLX Battery and PCXMVC Charger Compatible with Porter Cable 18V Battery PC18B PC18B-2 PC18BL PC18BLX PC18BLEX".We bought these to replace the old worn out PC18B NiCad batteries that came with an old Porter Cable set of tools. The tools were still going strong after more than 10 years, but the old batteries not so much and the original charger was also on the fritz. The new batteries from ADVTRONICS and new charger all seem to work well, an excellent replacement.Will update in the future if there are any problems.

Works in Porter Cable 18v
Bought to replace NiCd original batteries. Have to buy the Lithium charger to work. Batteries fit well and run the tools. I haven’t used long enough to see how much better the run life is. I will use these PC tools a lot this spring when starting a garage addition.

Good NICD Battery Replacement Pack
Found replacement NICD batteries difficult to obtain. They’ve been banned in some countries due to environmental concerns. They’re replacement the Lithium Ion pack could not be charged in my NICD charger. This replacement trio was reasonably priced. It will also recharge any remaining NICD’s you may still have around.
