Faulty item and no Customer Service!
Thought this sounded like a great piece of kit. Arrived and after thoroughly reading instructions attempted to prime the pump. Pump lever appeared jammed. Took two hands to shift it, somewhat jerkily. Then the lever failed to return to allow further pump. After much strain managed to prime the pump. Used a lot of fluid in the process. Then used it on the car. Force required on pump ridiculous and still the lever would not recover by itself to pump again.Filled in online form to Phoenix explaining my problem. Followed up by 2 calls to them. Answerphone each time and left a clear message with call back numbers.Never heard from them!So decided to return the faulty item. Awaiting a refund. Back to the old way of brake bleeding.I could not possibly recommend this product or the non existent customer service!
