Works really well, worth the price.
This guy does his job and does it well.I used it in EVERY room of our home and several places outside. In the bathroom, it reaches behind the toilet and gets the grout perfectly. It helped blast away the limescale and soap residue in the shower.I used it in the kitchen to sterilize and clean the garbage disposal, cleaned out our trash cans and all the tile got scrubbed and shines like new. I also used it to deep clean our stove and oven. (I had to still use degreaser, but not oven cleaner. Remember to have a mask on, you don't want chemicals in your face!)Our couch and curtains got steamed and the smell of our dogs vanished, I seriously went nose-blind to the stench of our dogs, this steamer opened our eyes to that. Lmao You can tell the difference the moment you're finished steaming.Outside, our picnic table got scrubbed with the brush attachment and is now looking like new. That's the first it's been cleaned like that in 3 years, this steamer easily cut through the grime. Same with our other outdoor furniture, all came out looking like new with minimal effort on my part. You get a good 15 minutes of steam with each fill-up, takes right around 3 minutes to heat up. There's an indicator light that tells you when it's ready/not, but there is NO on/off switch - plug it in and it's automatically on.My only concerns are: 1) The attachments easily twist off when scrubbing. You have to make sure you don't accidentally untwist the attachment the whole time, otherwise it'll fly off and you'll burn yourself. And 2) There is no locking feature for the trigger, so you have to constantly hold the trigger. That gets tiresome after a few minutes and you find yourself swapping between tired thumbs. Finally, if you buy this for sterilizing/virus reasons, make sure you look up proper methods of using steam to do so. It's probably a lot different than you initially thought.

Good home steamer
Great steamer for cleaning virtually everything! Just steam & wipe. No scrubbing or cleaners needed, even on heavily soiled surfaces. I use it on our shower tiles & grout, shower curtain, stovetop, microwave, tile floors, around faucets & sinks, window sills, & anything else that needs it. Very easy to use & switch out nozzles. Doesn't hold a lot of water, & kind of hard to fill in the middle of using, but the small amount of water does last longer than you'd think. Heats up quickly. I'm pretty accident prone & so far no burns. I would definitely recommend.

Clothing steamer — so great!!!
I bought this as a cleaner, but I have borrowed my friends clothing steamer one too many times. Today the lightbulb came on reminding me that I’m an idiot and forgot that I probably had an attachment for clothes on this cleaning steamer. My friend had the Conair steamer. This is 10 times stronger and I steamed my clothes 10 times faster. I was about to buy a heavy duty clothing steamer, and I’m so glad that my brain started working and remembered this great tool!! It’s a bit heavy, but I don’t mind. And considering you only have to hold it about a 10th of the time, I will take the weight over spending 10 times longer on my clothes. It’s also a great steam cleaner!

It's going back pronto!
I expected the steam to somewhat "melt" the food stains and bathtub dirt. However, after spraying the steam on these areas for several seconds, I still needed to use a cloth to wipe off the residue that was still sticking to the surface. I actually put my hand in the steam and couldn't feel any heat!!! Either it does not heat up like it should or the pressure is not sufficient. I actually ordered a "Dr. Purifier". There was no mention of that name on the unit itself or the box it came in. Instead, there was the word "Lambow" on the instruction manual. Also, no where in the book did it mention the temperature of the steam. The write-up when I ordered stated 250 to 270 degrees.

Reservoir is very small and can not be refilled until device cools down
I was disappointed in this item. It runs out of steam quickly and you can't refill the reservoir until the device is unplugged and cools down. This is very inconvenient. It is cumbersome to hold the switch on and use the device.I will say that it does heat up quickly.I would not recommend this nor would I buy it again.

So far so good!
This is a great product to have around the house for any and all cleaning. Very light weight so doesnt cause a lot of fatigue. Has a good runtime. I filled the vessel once and was able to use it to steam/disinfect 10 massage therapy rooms before running out of water. I loved that there is a safety lock feature that if the steam is built up, you will not be able to open it to refill the water. You have to wait until it depressurizes. It may be tedious to some but its a great safety feature if its going to be used by many people. The cord is great length that if youre cleaning small spaces, you wont need any extension cord. In the spa, we used an extension cord simply be more efficient. The product comes with great instructions and many attachments to clean different surfaces.

Did not work for me
I bought this to clean my new bbq. I had used my new bbq a couple times and thought I would order this to help keep it clean. I tried it out and it really did nothing. I packed it up and returned it. Don't recommend.

excellent product
This has worked magic on my stove top and now, curing Covid-19 times, I use it on my counters, door knobs, etc. It is very easy to use. Note that it is easy to handle because it's relatively small, so you'll get about 10-12 minutes of use before you have to re-fill the container. (You should wait about 10 minutes after use for it to cool down before you open it to re-fill.) I imagine it would also be fine for steaming clothing for wrinkles, but I haven't tried it for that yet.
