Child Glamour Witch Costume

This is simply adorable. My 6 year old is a tall, very skinny size 6X. We got a Medium, and it fits well. It’s a little big, but she loves to play dress-up and has been wearing her old witch costume for 2 years. This costume is very sturdy, and I anticipate she can use it for dress-up probably until the end of her days of playing dress up. (Sniff, sniff.)The costume was obviously made with a tall, slender child in mind. So I would pass if your child doesn’t fit that description. I’ll need to hem her dress about an inch so she doesn’t trip on it, but it fits well everywhere else with room to grow.Also, I love to sew, and I admire well-made mass-market clothes. This fits that description. It’s not heirloom- quality, but it’s not cheaply made either. I think it’s an excellent value for the price.

This costume is just as pictured here! It is well made, very silky and not thin cheap material. It is very flowing in the skirt and sleeves and very form fitting in the body. Definitely order a size up. My daughter is 5 and wears a size 6. If this ran true to size (as in the sizing chart) a 6 should have fit her. I'm so glad I bought a size 8. Otherwise, I would have had to return. It is a tad too long, but I can take care of the length easily. My daughter loves it, and so do I. I received my purchase the very next day. Now that was fast shipping! It looks so great on my daughter, I want to buy one for myself!!!

I gave my 9 year old the choice from among about 6 witch costumes and was surprised she picked this one. I think it looked grown up to her. It's very polyester but thicker than most pre-made halloween costumes and the purple accents are stylish. Pretty decent for the price, and the hat stands up nicely. My daughter is 54" and about 65 lbs. I bought the L (10/12) and the cut of the dress is slender looking but loose, and the bottom just skims the ground. She likes to play dress-up with friends with old halloween costumes and this one will be wearable for a year or two, while not too baggy right now. I like that she'll be able to wear something under this if it's cold, too. The buckle on the waistband keeps slipping so I'll have to pin it, but that's a really minor complaint.

The witch costume came and my kid tried it on. It was wonderful! The witch hat was a little small but my kid loved it!

First of all I ordered this without my daughter seeing it because we were running out of time for halloween. Which made me nervous in the first place because she is very picky and doesn't really like girly colors so I was afraid of the purple. But it had good reviews and I thought it looked good so I tried it anyways. Luckily she loved it when she put it on which is a bonus, and the main thing I liked when I felt it, it did not feel like the cheap rough fabric you get with most costumes at the store. I always use to say it is just for one night just ignore it but this one feels like it would be very comfortable, which also pleased my daughter because she was afraid of being itchy. In short my daughter loved it and yours probably would also because it is a nice looking outfit made out of good material. I will say this though based on other reviews of the outfit running short, my daughter is a very very short 8 years old, like one of the smallest in her class, and based on those reviews I bought the 8-10, and it was just where you would want this outfit to be like in the picture just touching the floor if barely touching it. So I would consider picking a size on the higher end so your not stuck with something above your kids ankles.

Nice and soft. The one at spirit has Valore and is more shiny but this one is great and cost less. Only problem is the snag in the hat. Not sure if this will last to next year but for this year it is great.
