The first few copies after being filled with ink we're fine then it stopped delivering ink to Brother printer. The Epson product received was supposed to also be compatible with Brother except that the Epson refill container chip,unlike those compatible with Brother, has to be reset? Therefore I can't use it and no email contact address for further instructions was available.The Epson product itself - aside from possible incompatibility, is a very good buy,and may just need the shown film removed to improve ink delivery to Brother or other printers.

It does fit into my Brother MFC-J870DW printer
Although I tried test fitting a blank cartridge in the printer (it does fit), I have yet to use it. The instructions are a bit sketchy on how to reset the chip, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Ink cartridges not allowing my printer to work or print
Cartridges not working with print my printer won’t print with them I’ve cleaned and 30Times or more and it’s still not working with the ink cartridges not sure if I jus have bad cartridges or what the issue is but I’m very upset with the product and that I can’t use my printer with these after spending my money I have personal, business and schooling and have no use for my printer which is a big inconvenience after buying your product. Don’t know if I have a defective product or they aren’t reading in my printer but again it’s not working!!

I would buy again
Everything worked good except the Black and occasionally the magenta. Have to clean the black before printing anything. The magenta about every third or forth print job. I’m using sublimation ink which could be part of the issue as well. Worked great until the second refill. I would buy again and probably going to just order a second set. Good price and fast shipping.

Good product for my printer Brother J450DW
The product arrived promptly and I was able to use the printer right away after the cartridge was installed. I installed it as is. There was no need for the small plastic sensor. Good product for my printer Brother J450DW. I recommend the product.

Worked Beautifully for a few months, then failed.
It took a couple of tries, but it worked beautifully.Update: Today, four months later the refillable black ink cartridge failed. I will have to drop down my rating to 3. Should the rest fail,I will report and drop my rating again.
