Very handy tool easy to use and store away.
Goods came in good time and condition , I am 87 yrs, old now and it has helped me greatly , can easily recommend.cheers.

Works well but might be a little cumbersome for some.
Easy to set up, good instructions and copes with reasonably thick branches say up to 2 inches and perhaps a little thicker if not too high. The battery charger is efficient and charges a flat battery fairly quickly. As the batteries fit other Einhell Power X-Change 18V and 36V devices a user might have and to charge, It would be advantageous to have a few batteries available and to charge a couple while running a device so power is immediately available when the first battery or pair of batteries is exhausted.

Great bit of kit, though unwieldy at full extension.
Great bit of kit, perfect for trimming low branches. Heavy to use at full extension, but that's rare. Will happily chew through a 15cm branch. Battery life is excellent, and recharge cycle is fast.

Quality pole saw, sturdy and quiet.
This pole saw is great, extremely sturdy and does it's job well. I love the fact it's quiet being electric so you can use it any day of the week and not be a nuisance to your neighbors. We also have the cordless mower which is also great! I would recommend the brand for sure.

Pleasantly surprised how good this is.
After reading some of the reviews, AFTER I purchased this, I thought I would be sending it back the next day. Firstly I’ll explain as to how I’ve used this. I’m using it with a fully charged 18v 4ah Ozito Power X-Change battery and Pruning cherry trees, well after putting chainsaw oil in the reservoir this thing went the through branches like a hot knife through butter in fact it goes through wood better than my petrol chainsaw, it extends to, what seems like the heavens.When I read reviews about this thing not cutting, I can only imagine some idiot putting the chain on the wrong way, as there is some assembly required.The battery lasted just long enough to finish what I need to do and took me about an hour and a half.All in all, I’m pleasantly surprised by how good this thing is.

Difficult to manage the saw weight on the extended pole.
I have used this mini pole chain saw for several months. it is well made but the weight of the saw for me really limits its use. Extended it is difficult to manage and fully extended, for me, impossible to hold.

Performance
I have a battery Einhell hedge cutter and chainsaw and this pole chainsaw does not disappoint.Battery lasts a long time and to be able to extend as far as it does is invaluable 👍

Leaks oil, poor cutting blade
Leaks oil, even when hanging by the handle in storage in the shed. Takes a lot of applied force and effort even to cut through a minor 2 inch branch.
