Absolutely amazing little tool!! When we bought our house we ripped all the old doors off and got new slabs. This tool was so straight forward and easy to use! Worked WONDERS helping us get nice clean cuts exactly where we needed them. We are very new at this stuff and we used them with ease.

This kit works as long as you realize it's made of plastic and takes some patience to use.The hinge pocket template works very well. Easy to use. It's not very sturdy but works exactly as advertised.The handle and latch template takes a little patience to use. It doesn't clamp to the door at all so you have to make a mark on the door, then hold it to set the screws.Once it's set, it's fairly straightforward to use. Again, it's plastic.I used the center drill attachment for both templates.The router bit works very well.Overall, worth the price.

We won a free door slab but it wasn't cut. It's like a $2K door, so we were super nervous about ruining it. Bought this kit and a few hours later our door is perfectly hung and we are SO thrilled. Thank you :-)

This kit is an extremely well thought out device that enables the user to easily and accurately mortise the door for hinges and bore the holes for the doorknob and lock. Even with no prior experience, I breezed through the job with no problems.

Did not receive Door Hinge Installation Kit with my order. I don't want to submit a return, I just want the part that I paid for.

Product made my job much easier. Would highly recommend.

For a inexpensive item it works quite well. Probably for only occasional use. Door casing gets in way of layout tool but works fine before trim out

This kit makes it so easy!!!! Just buy it if you need to replace the doors in your house. Cheaper and faster to route out some slab doors
