My mom is a professional hair dresser MD loves this dryer. She is not the easiest to please but it light gets hot but burning hot. Has levels and does not break. This is not junk. If she loves it and uses it every day all day it's a good dryer.

The cord is so short that it’s impossible to blow dry my hair. This is a huge disadvantage of this dryer. Otherwise it is a great dryer, but you need to buy an extension cord if you want to use it more than 2 feet from the outlet.

This dryer works so well on my hair. It dries it quickly and my hair looks less frizzy or damaged compared to the dryer I was using before this one. So glad I purchased this. The only con I have is the button placement when I’m holding the dryer I accidentally hit those all the time and it changes the heat setting.

I did not like the extended piece is too large for dryer...I do like dryer itself drys nicely

I like this drier. Love the multiple temperatures and drying speeds. It is a little heavy but I wasn't looking for a compact low voltage drier. UPDATE: I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and realize that this is too heavy for me. I am still using it, though.
