Adds a nice orangish-red color to food. The seasoning does contain a few trace amounts of chili flakes and pepper seeds, which, like alot of other people, I cannot eat, but, that can be remedied by sifting the seasoning with a common screen strainer. Just one of many seasonings I now have in my inventory. I’m looking forward to experimenting with other uses with chicken, beef, ramen noodles, rice, fish, and vegetables. The shrimp I’ve sautéed in the picture I’m using in shrimp Alfredo and Baja shrimp tacos.

This seasoning is AMAZING on flank steak! Rub with olive oil first then generously sprinkle this on (both sides) then rub into the meat and bbq until desired temp. Yum, yum , YUM!!Truth be told, I am not a tequila fan so I was nervous to use thinking it would have a strong tequila aroma/flavor but it does not at all. Just absolutely delicious stuff!

Us this on wings in my air fryer and the taste is spectacular although not the taste I would expect based on the name.

We’ve been using this for burgers, scrambled eggs, chicken, rice…The flavor is amazing and little goes a long way. It’s definitely worth it.Trust me and try it!

Best spice I’ve ever used.

I used this seasoning to make bacon corn (YouTube it) and it was the hit of the meal. Great flavor and I'll certainly be back for more.
