I have used it since 2012 for pain and inflammation but a biproduct of using it twice a day is that I have dropped from twelve blood pressure pills a day to one pill twice as . My Dr. Didn't believe me till I quit taking it for six months and my BP went back up . Now that I am back on it he is happy.

Great product BUT it recommends taking 1 capsule 3x a day. The container only holds 60 capsules. Would it be that difficult to pack 90 capsules in that bottle????

Has helped my husband's aching back & my knees with only 1 tablet a day. Also have some friends taking it. One friend has arthritis in her hands with swollen knuckles. Had to have her rings resized. After a month of 1 tablet a day, her knuckles are noticeably reduced; she can also make a fist. Must have her rings resized AGAIN. She is thrilled. Tablets are much cheaper through Amazon. Around $25 in the health food stores.

I read about taking this to reduce swelling and nerve pain from an injury, so I tried it. Recently I fell on my left knee, and I have been taking the Tumeric since that day. It definitely helps. I have not taken anything else to help the swelling, so I'm convinced it is helping.I took it twice a day initially, but only for a few days, then just in the morning with my daily pills. I am 76 years of age.

Great for those minor aches and pains that come from overdoing it with the grandkids.Have read many articles that say it is a memory booster. So far so good in that area.I have been taking this supplement for years and increase the dosage when I get injured.Recently I tore a meniscus and I am pain free without pain killers or surgery.

Took away all my sore muscles and joints.

Have used other Tumeric brands when local store was out of this one. My joints were in so much pain. When I found it at Amazon I was soooo happy. It makes such a difference with my pain and swelling. I can walk better with a lot less pain. Thank you
