ANIMEDL-Lysine for Horses, 5-Pound

I found this product has a better aroma and my horse finds it more palatable than other brands. It makes a big difference in my 17 year old TB's muscling and coat. No problems with his immune system since using this product.

I really wish I would have ordered this sooner because it's made an unbelievable difference in my horses!! I have a 19 year old Arabian cross that was a tad underweight and lacked muscle tone...I figured it was because of her age. She is used as a lesson horse and is ridden about 4 times per week with light to moderate exercise. My other horse is a big Warmblood who is hard to keep weight on. He has been hanging out in the pasture the majority of the summer due to lameness so he lacks muscle tone from not being worked. They have been on this supplement for around a month and I can't believe the results! Even just after ancouple weeks, I could tell a vast improvement!! It's unreal how great they look!! My old mare has never had such great muscle tone in her rear lol and her topline is looking better too!! She also seems to have gained weight since starting this!! I will never stop buying this! My big guy also appears to have put on weight since using this! Can't imagine how he'd look if he were being worked and was building muscle...can't wait til next summer!! My mare who is an Arab cross and stands only 14.1ish hands needs only 1 scoop per day. My big guy gets 2 scoops, one in the morning and 1 in the evening. They both eat this with no problems...I just can't get over the results and how quickly it has worked!! I will never be without!!

My horse hasn't needed this product but my cats do. This is the cheapest way to I found to support my cats immune health which I have done for years. My cat had a severe viral health condition in her eyes and required special medication from a compound pharmacy. L-Lysine boosts the immune function in my cats and after a while I was able to discontinue the special medication. My vet originally recommended L-Lysine to boost my cat's immune system which I originally got from him but it was expensive. Between the 2 products it got to be cost prohibitive. One of the staff told me about this product and I have been using it ever since for all my cats. Keep the bulk to the product in an air tight container and put it in the freezer to protect the product from losing the health benefits. All L-Lysine products may not be the same, so I only buy this product. LET ME BE CLEAR, my vet didn't recommend this specific product for my cat. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR OWN VETERINARIAN about your own cats issues before starting anything!

Extremely disappointed with shipping. Product container was cracked in 2 places and lysine spilled out. This was shippped with another supplement in the same box with no wrapping or cushion. Poor shipping by Amazon. This supplement is great for our mare who has started working again. Muscle recovery.

Makes a difference for horses coming out of winter without lots of forage options.builds those toplines!!!

Love the product. Had to use a saw to get it open. The tab broke within one inch.

I foster cats and kittens for an animal rescue. Most come to me sick and this is a great immunity booster. This is the exact same stuff as the lysine labeled for cats (without additives and flavoring) for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend and the cats don't seem to mind that the taste, either, when I mix it with their wet food.
