Easy to assemble

I bought this and when it arrived I found the diverter valve reversed. Sent to the customer service who responded immediately and sent me a proper replacement free of charge. Works very well and material is of high quality.

This has been an absolute lifesaver after having hand surgery. This kit is slightly more expensive than most I’ve seen online but it’s definitely worth it if you don’t want a trigger operated sprayer.Installation took less than ten minutes- it came with a little attachment that holds the nozzle but I didn’t bother with it.The sprayer is perfect as you can slide the grey bar and you don’t need to constantly press down on a trigger- I don’t have any strength to press down in my hand but I can hold the nozzle.********** Edited to add:After two months of daily use, unfortunately the slider does not shut off the sprayer completely. It will still drip or dribble - you can hold it down to fully close but it opens slightly when you take the pressure off. I’m reducing my review by one star for this. Personally I’m ok with it as I still needed this type of sprayer, it goes straight into the sink once I’m done and I turn off the water from the tap. ********The hose is generously long -longer than most of the hoses that come with other sprayers I found- I can use it as a bidet sprayer, a hair washer in my sink and it can reach my bath so I can take a shower with it as well.The attachment has a diverter tap on it- you can easily switch from the sprayer to the normal tap. This means you can also control the water temperature and, to an extent, the pressure.The water pressure is excellent and the nozzle gives a good spray.

really poor quality and not value for money considering that it is one of the expensive options. It broke in less than 3 months and had to use my old one that is still working properly for 6 years now and was much cheaper than this one.

This is genius. My son has just started uni, and his biggest worry was having no Muslim shower in the uni accommodation. One week of using a water bottle and he'd had enough. So I bought him this one, and it took his dad less than 10 min to install it, and now my boy is clean and happy. Even when he's left uni, this will come in handy on holidays to places where personal hygiene isnt a top priority for locals, but is as important as life itself for us Muslims. I just hope it lasts! It's early days yet, only been using it 2 days, so I'll update if it doesnt live up to our expectations. But... so far so good.

As the toilet is nearer the bath tub, I had to buy another diverter that fits the bath tub tap. It would be good if there was an option to purchase either a sink tap diverter or a bath tap diverter.

Must have addition to any bathroom where the sink is relatively close to the toilet, if you nasty people are still not washing your ass after a poo and just using tissue to wipe, sort yourself out.
