Superior quality
Paid more than we usually do for a grill but those never be lasted more than 3 years. Love the grates on this grill! The fold down side tables are perfect space savers when not in use. The warranty really sold me!

A very high quality grill
I have three of this model, in 3 or 4 burner configuration. I love the high BTU output, hotter than the other quality BBQs made by other firms. The igniters are robust and light first time. I have assembled all three myself, it takes about two hours each. Just follow the pictures. Somewhat tiny, flimsy wheels that work well only on a paved surface. I added 6 “ roller casters instead and it is easier to roll around. If kept in one place, not an issue. I really like the Napoleon qualities and solid burners, flame spreaders and grill. Flame control is quite accurate. Good quality thermometer on the lid. I have both propane and natural gas versions. They are equivalent

This is a very well made unit
I had the two burner older unit from this company for 15 years. Left outside with no cover and never failed to light. Basically never did anything to it. Wanted more heat so went with the new 3 burner one in all black. Good metal and the wave grate is fantastic for small burgers. It lights easily and I have mine in a windy area so the linked burners make sure a wind blow out auto reignites if at least one burner is still going. The thermometer is robust and putting in LPG tank is easy. Front doors close positively with a strong magnetic catch It gives off a lot of heat. Excellent grill.

Better In Person
Arrived with a dent in the rear but Amazon took care of it. Grill is beautiful in person. A lot better than the pictures. Everything about it is premium. Will be using this for a long time! Love the grease catcher too to save the clean up.

Good quality grill
Arrived with box slightly damaged and upside down. Small scratch on hood from shipping.Otherwise easy to put together in about an hour. Used last night in 20 weather and kept a nice even temperature.Quality grill. Seems like it should last a while and happy with the purchase. I was considering the weber spirit 2 e-310 but when I saw it in store it felt cheaper and not that sturdy. This feels more premium and has a longer warranty.Happy with the purchase!

Don't waste your money
My grill has had an issue from day one, customer service was supposed to send the parts out right away now I find out they are backlogged and will have to wait longer. The return window is past and I am sitting on a new grill that I haven't been able to use that I wasted my money on. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Worth the change from Weber
After years of being a Weber family, and constantly disappointed in the longevity and heat generation from their propane grills, we took a flyer on Napoleon. I don't know what longevity will be like, but the cooking is so much better. Grate and burner design are terrific. So impressed, I bought one for my son. He's now a fan also.

The instructions were a little rough to follow, but the app+instructions included help!
The frame isn't quite as robust as I imagined, but the temp gets up there 700* +. I will come back and re-post after I complete a bread/toast test to share on uniformity of heat distribution across the grill/grate surface.
