Great product, exactly what was needed to avoid replacing the entire mixer bar. Easy to fit and fast delivery.

Mira have designed this to fail. I have had to replace this part twice in 7 years now, which I do not feel is a suitable life span. You only get a 1 year warrantee. The moving parts internally are made of plastic, which fail all too soon. Poor design, or done on purpose by Mira to make it necessary to buy the spare parts.You can't change the small plastic gears, Oh no, you have to fork out nearly 80 quid for the full assembly.At least the product is well designed from a swap out perspective. You don't even need to isolate the water to change it, can swap it in about 5 mins.Good service and supply of the part, but Mira should be ashamed of themselves!

Great direct replacement for Mira Agile/Pronta diverter, comes with instructions, you don’t need to be a plumber, took me ten minutes to fit and I’m a moron.

It is working better than the original one

As others have noted, it was only necessary to buy this part as the previous one has a tiny plastic part inside that routinely fails. It's almost as if they designed it with an intentional weak point...This replacement was easy to fit and works well

Not a lot to say about this product. My original one broke off and to be was no big issue as I don’t use the hair part of the shower anyway, and this changes between your main shower head and your hair shower head, if you need a new one then this works great, I did get a plumber to fit this for me, took literally four minutes, but if like me your not sure then that’s the way to go. Bit expensive but hey that’s the price. Hope that’s a bit helpful.Mart
