FUN is the word
This game is a blast!Graphics: The graphics of the girl wrestlers are the best I've seen of computer woman anywhere. They claim they used 10,000 polygons per character, and it shows; whole body frame moves from breathing, breasts sway, hair flows, you can even see the fat on their bodies. Its hard to believe this is done on a PS2. One disappointment is the mud pit (which is more like muddy water) but they got the most important thing right, the girls. I just wish that they had included a bigger variety of body types; a few women who were a little older or maybe a little heavier would have been interesting.Wrestling: The game works well and is a lot of fun. Some people have complained about the low number of moves, but actually each girl has dozens of moves, because the most of the holds and throws have a different effect when you are moving, or just after an evasion move, etc. The only problem is that the reversals are damn near impossible to pull off, and since you can't rotate the camera in a match, sometimes its hard to see the game properly. The game tracks your energy to pull off special moves, your body damage, and your "humiliation" rating. It can seem complicated, but you can ignore all that if you want to. Just wrestle the best you can, and the rest takes care of itself.Arenas: There are only 4 different arenas to choose from (including the mud pit). A few more venues would have been nice. Except for the mud itself, the arenas look great.Story: As others have said, the story mode is badly acted and quite ridiculous, but the dialogue is funny so I didn't care. You have to take it with a sense of humor. Each wrestler's story is a little short, but since there are 20 or so wrestlers to go through, there is a huge amount of gameplay here. Also, the game uses a very nice feature, where, by using certain moves in a "vow" system, you can change the face/heel rating of your wrestler, in effect, turning toward good or evil. This changes the personality, costume, wrestling moves, and story for each character. My favorite is the schoolteacher who can be unlocked as a dominatrix.Extras: Since the women are so gorgeous, there is a gallery mode where you can rotate the camera and zoom in and zoom out while the women stretch out and answer interview questions. Its something that didn't have to be added, and its actually pretty cool.Entrance: This is something I haven't seen anyone else comment on yet. Each wrestler has a different entrance number before her match. Most of these are incredible, and worth watching all by themselves. The best is Becky the cheerleader (the good version of Candy). You can turn these off if you get tired of them.Bottom line: This game is not simply a gimmick. Beyond the gorgeous women, there is a real wrestling game here loaded with extras. There is a lot of depth to this game that's not readily apparent if you only get it as a rental.

Missing out on a FUN game.. good wrestling like in WWE But the wrestlers in this game are better looking
One of those games that surprisingly good ..YES T&A but Konami uses the same engine as the WWE games in PS2 and XBOX.. so there real moves but alitle cheesy. I enjoy this and the Xbox person..who knows maybe down the road this will be a rare title because its actually getting kinda hard to find the PS2 version.

A cheesy, yet a great, fun, and addicting type of wrestling game
Rumble Rose is a wrestling game made by yuke's who make the WWE wrestling games like, smackdown: here comes the pain, etc. There's a story mode of this game that basically tells the stories of females wrestlers as why they fight and what they want outta fighting. The gameplay is almost very similar to here comes the pain. Surprisingly, the graphics of this game are good even in today's standards. Despite the fanservice that the game haves, it still fun to play. However there's one negative thing I need to called out and that's the "clone characters". Yes, while the evil versions of characters may have differences between there gameplay here and there and have different entrances, but some of them plays the same.So in a nutshell, I think that people should check this game out despite the fanservice.Note: I did this review for the purpose of this game's art designer who sadly passed away

Defective disc
I really loved playing this game and bought it to bring back nostalgia. Unfortunately the copy I received does not work. It's always a gamble with used games but I feel if the tag says "good condition " the seller should have tested the games to make sure it is playable. In summary the disc has a very visible imperfection that prevents the game from actually loading.

Basically a rental
If you like B-movies that are so bad, they're good, you might like the story mode which kinda feels like a twist-a-plot book where you get to see things from different aspects depending which character you select 1st. I pretty much solved the 20 story modes & it landed on my shelf. At really only 11 characters, it just doesn't have much depth. No tag mode, no cage, ladder match, etc makes it feel like a very inferior WWE game once you get tired of looking at the girls which doesn't take long.I personally hate the vow system because you can only use 1 persona at a time unlike later WWE games where you can pick to fight as a face or a heel before starting every match so you can match Hollywood Hogan's outfit with him as a heel or have classic Hogan fight as a face without having to go in & change him over 1st.Since you can basically buy it for a rental price now, I'd say go ahead & buy it though. You can then take your time & maybe not get tired of it as fast plus it's there if you ever feel the itch again.

Decent gameplay so far.
So far the gameplay in this game has been decent. I like the graphics, given this is a PS2 game. The girls are appealing and the fighting controls are fluid enough. I played two matches and am hooked. Given I'm busy atm I plan to have this beat in a week or more but I plan to enjoy every second of it.
