Beauty Pro Hot Towel Warmer - Steamer Kit New

I bought this to use for facials it works great and takes up minimal space. Just be careful because it's definitely heats up as it should.

Product works as expected. Bowl and cover are very thin plastic, but if you are careful with them, this unit does what it is expected to do.

I normally do not write product reviews, but due to the expense of the item, how poorly it worked, and how cheaply made it is, I decided to do so. I followed the instructions to a "T". The instructions state to use only distilled or purified water. I used purified water. I folded the towels and placed the towels in the thin plastic container per the instructions. It did not even make the towels damp, let alone wet. There were water drips all over the plastic container, but few of them fell to the towels, which were not enough to make them wet and hot. I contacted the seller and he said I must have not done it right even though I followed the instructions exactly. Also, the this plastic container, which is the towel chamber, was ruined. Seller, then tried to tell me I did not use distilled water. I stated I had used purified water as per the instructions. He then try to tell the instructions state only distilled water. I had to point out both could be used. he then tried to state I didn't know how to purify water correctly. I had to tell him how I had to purify the water Then he tried to tell me that made it worse and to use distilled water (as it was best) going forward and he would send me a new plastic towel chamber container. I never received it, so I assume it was never sent. He tried to charge me for it, but then said he would just send me one for free. Never got it. If you don't use distilled or purified water you void the warranty. But, I used both as per the instructions and neither worked. The only way to get it to work is to first wet the towels, wring them out before folding and placing them in the chamber. But, the cheaply made plastic towel chamber will not hold up to that after a short period of use.

I bought this to use at my spa. When I first saw the towel warmer, I thought it was going to be way too small and of no use to me in a spa setting but I'm so glad that I kept it and gave it a try! The towels it comes with are the perfect size for a facial and the warmer steams them in less than 10 minutes. This is perfect if you are starting out and just want to pop a towel in as you need it for your services.

This works great! If you’re looking for high quality spa/salon, this isn’t it. It is more for home use. The lid is a little flimsy but not terrible. Heats up very fast.

I bought this because I have really bad sinus headaches, and applying hot towels to my forehead usually will help alleviate the pressure. Normally, I have to microwave them, so I was looking for something that I could set up in the bathroom closer to my bed. I thought this would be perfect. However, I didn't anticipate that it takes quite a while for the towels to heat up, after you get the base filled with water (distilled) and plugged in. I usually feel like death when I have a sinus headache, and I'm usually too impatient and sick to wait for the towel warmer to heat up. This will probably end up in a yard sale.

If you are looking for a hot towel warmer thats going to keep the towels EXTRA HOT. This is definately it.I am a barber and have been using this for about 2 months now and my clients love it. I will say that i wish i could fit more towels in there but other then that its perfect for what i need it for.

Great value. Perfect size. Towels are great size and all cotton.
