Q: What's the diameter of the base of the 21cm pot please as it looks to be narrower at the bottom

The inside measurement at the base of the pot is 9cm. The outside measurement is 10cm at the base.

Q: How do you seperate the pot from the saucer.?. I I can't seem to get them apart .

Dont know, can i suggest you try fanning it with an hair dryer to heat the saucer it should expand the plastic and hopefully seperate it from the pot

This looks like a separate pot & saucer, but it is actually just a pot with a ‘cut out’ rim near the bottom. I bought mine a while ago, but if memory serves me right, there are no drainage holes in the bottom. It is a really nice pot, which I would recommend.

Good morning, Yes you can put your plant in this pot without a brown pot. After watering the remaining water is stored in the bottom. Happy planting.
