Dissolved well
It takes a bit of mixing, but once it's all mixed, it dissolves great! I mix it with LMNT and it adds a slight sour flavor that I love.

Good stuff
Simple to use. If I am using it right. Just add to liquids and drink. Thinking it might be good sprinkled on cereal, icecream, pudding, etc. Present problem is rearranged cupboards. What did I do with it? Oh well, it will turn up.

I used this product to make my own Vitamin C capsules. The powder was easy to work with. I can't comment on the taste because I did not taste it. I always try to buy non GMO. I will buy it again.i
