I use this product for household ironing for a family of 7. I have had a full size steam press in the past but like the fact that this one is lightweight and portable. The surface is plenty big enough for clothing and it might take slightly longer for bed clothes than a full size press but overall the versatility of this one is attractive. I didn’t like the two pin plug. At the very least there should be an option to add an adapter to one’s order even at an extra cost.

it has EU plug on it cant use it. lasted 2 weeks broke sent back

Underwhelming
The lesson with this purchase is to understand size does matter. Whilst it's a good machine, it's far too small for most items and a total bugbear of mine is that it's a two pin plug with no adaptor and no mention of one being needed.

Dangerous
After using using this press very little since purchase it has decided to snap in half while in use causing a serve burn to my hand. I urge people to seriously consider their own safely if considering to purchase this item as this fail mid use without warning.
