Well made, no hiss buzz or other weirdness. Does what it says, splits a mini-plug stereo signal to two standard 1/4" mono plugs.

This cabel is great for listening to audio such as music, and voice chats. There is a small static noise but I'm not sure if that sounds is directly from this component since I have it connected to my mixer and then my headphones cable so one of them have an interference somewhere; however the quality of this product is very nice with hard plastic 1.4m ends and the female aux port seems well built with hard plastic as well. It gets the job done well enough for me and would recommend to others if they needed this type of cable.

Works great. Reason for only 4 stars is it does not work if you have a set of headphones with a mic input. Wish I would have known this before buying as all my wired headphones have a built in mic. The third ring on the 3.5 mm headphone jack that is used for mic keeps it from plugging in all the way. It doesn't even fit unless you really force it. But even then it doesn't produce sound. I bought a pair of chorded headphones without a built in mic and it does indeed work with those. Just be warned, if you are planning on using normal ear buds or even gaming headphones with a built in mic, this will not work with those. Your 3.5mm plug must only have 2 rings on it.

This allows me to use the left/right mono monitor out jacks to my stereo headphone amp. Works perfectly, thank you!

I used this to take the two line outs from my audio interface and connect them to my regular computer speakers (since I haven't invested in actual studio monitors yet).There is no audible hiss or any other issues, the sound correctly maps stereo left and right, and the product shipped in one day.

I bought the Hosa version first, but the packaging was so terrible (way too tight and cramped) that they had to bend the cable at an extremely sharp right angle, just at the end of the "strain relief", which broke conductors and made the Hosa unreliable. This version has nice, longer, more limber leads to the 3.5mm jack, and the packaging presented no problems or sharp kinks. Highly recommend you get this one and not the Hosa.
