Love my new faucet! My favorite feature is that if you shut it off in spray mode it reverts to stream mode when you turn it back on. Seems silly, but that is huge for me! The pause button is also useful. It is beautiful and smooth to operate. Good quality as well.Update - Feb 2023. So in the spring of 2022 the spray setting did not revert back to the stream mode on its own. That was a big reason I bought his faucet. I often leave it in spray mode and then turn the faucet off. Then once I turn it on again it used to revert to stream mode. So that didn't happen for a month or two then it worked again for a few months (without any repairs etc). So I figured great it's working again. But then it stopped working again and has been like that since. I emailed Hansgrohe about a month ago and have not heard anything. I will try to reach out again. I expect better for this price. Disappointed.*****Update - Just got off the phone with a very nice customer service representative. He looked up my ticket from my email and apologized for them not getting in touch. They are sending out a replacement sprayer. Great customer service!01/2024 UPDATE - in fall of 2023 I had the same issue again as above. I just emailed Hansgrohe 3 days ago and just got the standard auto-reply that a ticket has been created and that they will reach out. They haven't yet. Guess I will have to call them. Frustrating to have this same issue again. And if they send me another faucet head, will it stop functioning properly in 6 months? Ridiculous. Will update.Update - Finally got through to someone on the phone and they shipped out another faucet head. It arrived today (1/29/24) and it is working great. I only hope it lasts.

I paid about $400 for a Hansgrohe kitchen faucet for a kitchen I'm remodeling. Having recently replaced my own kitchen faucet with a Moen faucet that failed within 90-days, I picked this up from Amazon Warehouse for about half-price to replace the Moen that was not only defective, but underwhelming to use.I installed it myself. I'm no plumber, and it was easy to do. The weight, quality and functionality of this faucet outweighs Moen by a mile. Sorry Moen!The other Hansgrohe faucets I purchased were made in Germany. This faucet is made at a Hansgrohe factory in China, so it's available at a lower price point. Since it is actually made by Hansgrohe vs. made by a company unaffiliated with Hansgrohe in China, like other brands apparently are, I felt confident that it would be better quality.I have had it installed for about 3 months, and it's a night and day improvement over the previous two faucets. It's tall enough to swivel well into both sides of the sink and it has a long enough hose that I can reach anywhere into and even to the side of the sink to fill up a saucepan or stock pot.All-in-all, this was a very good deal for a top quality fixture.

Great faucet and installation was a snap! Grohe has always made superior products and you normally pay for it. In this case, I bought a Grohe Joleena faucet returned to Amazon and the only damage was the box it came in. Parts where all intact!

I had this faucet installed by a licensed plumber in April 2021, as he was installing it the aerator fell out of the sprayer head, and would not go back in because it was bent. He said the entire sprayer head would have to be replaced. I have been emailing and trying to call Hansgrohe for almost 2 months to see if they will replace the sprayer head, but have had no response to my emails, and when I try to call, I just end up on hold for 20-30 minutes without ever talking to anyone. 30 minutes is the longest I have waited. In the meantime, every time I turn on my faucet water sprays everywhere because there's no aerator. I have had warranty claims over the years on Delta, Moen and American Standard faucets, all of which have been wonderful about replacing broken parts immediately even years after installation. I will never buy a Hansgrohe product again.

Honsgrohe is a German company which makes extremely high quality plumbing fixtures. This one lives up to that strong reputation, but it certainly isn't in the value priced category :).Installation was fairly straightforward, though a little different from typical US brands.The surface finish is holding up very well and the flexible hose seems like it will be long lasting. The hose can be a weak spot for this type of design.Control lever is very smooth acting and feels precise.

This is the second kitchen faucet I bought from Hansgrohe. This newer model has better controls of the sprayer. The inner tube is full stainless steel which is the main reason I purchased this model. The installation was smooth, and it does its job. Overall, a very good option for those who enjoy cooking and use the kitchen sink on daily basis.

I could not make up my mind for my new kitchen plumbing pieces - design or color. Started with more premium Kohler artifacts line but realized it didn’t match my more modern look. Then I tried a Brizo, then the popular Delta trinsic model. Decided I wanted transitional polished nickel and had not known much about this brand but saw great reviews. The quality of it seemed to easily surpass Delta in a side by side comparison of weight and the hose. However, I did not keep because the fingerprints on the polished nickel were very noticeable just testing it with the backsplash. I don’t see myself wiping it down after daily use so I returned it and plan to get another Hansgrohe. Really surprised about exceptionally high quality at this price point. A big score. The Joleena design would easily work in any kitchen design, too.
