Wow!! Real relief.
Relief! Dr. School’s plantar fasciitis massage ball is wonderful, after the first minutes use it made my aching feet feel so relaxed. It may not be one and done solution. It is however so easy to use that doing it nightly or when ever you have an opportunity is a fast way to bring that relief that anyone suffering from tired achy feet is searching for.Dr. Scroll’s plantar fasciitis massage ball although, is a little tight to get unscrewed when adding the water, a nickel and a good strong grip is definitely needed. After you fill it up and start using it you start to have almost immediate relief. I did find that you need to sit in just the right height chair. And after a few times having to chase down my ball( we apparently have uneven hard wood floors), I placed it in a cardboard box and that way it didn’t go very far the next time I lost control. I also keep it tucked away while not in use because our pup thinks it looks just like something for him to play with. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. School’s Plantar Fasciitis Massage Ball. Use it and Enjoy! I do!

Nice pain relief!
Feels so nice on the bottom of my feet. Pain relief is great and the size is a nice size to it. Definitely value for money.

Cracked when put in freezer
I was disappointed when I saw this cracked in the freezer. I liked it, it was working well until then

Save $8 and use a water bottle
I realized (with Dr. Google's help) that I had plantar fasciitis, and I really had it bad. It got so bad it started taking about 2 hours or so in the morning after getting out of bed before I was able to walk properly. I have a laundry list of mobility concerns, so I knew if left unchecked, this plantar fasciitis would only worsen my existing conditions.I have a friend who is a runner and I asked her what she did for plantar fasciitis and she told me to roll a frozen bottle of water under my foot. I did this several times daily, then I came across Dr. Scholl's plantar fasciitis ball. I decided to try it because it had some texture to it, and it is made by Dr. Scholl's.When I received it I was surprised to learn that the ball was a hard plastic and only around the middle of it was a softer rubber (this may have been mentioned in the description, but if it was, I missed it). I was also surprised at the way liquid is held in there. Again, something that may have been in the description or reviews, but if so, I missed that as well.I used this for several days, as often as I was using the frozen water bottle previously, and I did not feel any great improvement by using a tool designed for this ailment. I also think my foot rolled off the ball a lot more than it did the water bottle.I think what would make this item better is if it was made with a hard rubber rather than a hard plastic. I also think the ball shape may be helpful for some, but a tube shape would be beneficial also.I am not a podiatrist and I have not seen a podiatrist about this ailment, and perhaps a doctor may be able to give me a medical justification for why this ball is superior to a water bottle. If I had it to do over again I would not have made this purchase.

Works amazingly well!
This little massage ball has been the first thing that’s actually relieved my plantar fasciitis! I’ve been in terrible pain for a month or so and have tried all kinds of different things with no real relief. Once I got this ball I let it freeze overnight and for the past week I’ve been using it 4 or 5 times a day for a minimum of 10 minutes a time. At first the pain relief was only temporary, I would feel better for about an hour. But, after a week of steady use my pain is almost completely gone! I can actually take my first steps in the morning without being in much pain at all! I highly recommend this product.

Good until it cracked
I used this sporadically for 4 months and then almost every day for 2 months to treat bad Plantar Fasciitis. I only used it as a cold/frozen massager. I followed the directions when filling it, and replaced the water a few times when I cleaned it. This week, after 6 months, it cracked the day after I refilled it. It had the same amount of water as it always had. I don’t know what happened. So it was worth it’s cost and lasted for a good bit. It felt really good on my foot though I wish the bumps were rubber or silicone to keep it from sometimes slipping/rolling away. The rubber surface in the middle section was a “sleeve” of sorts and tended to slowly slip out of place when used so I would push it back into place in the center after I cleaned it.
