Easy to use, comfortable, good sound
Our second pair of Puro headphones, but a different style. Got this pair specifically for my son to take on a 6th grade school trip. He said they're comfortable and easy to use. Bluetooth worked well with his Kindle. Good sound and battery life (never went below high battery life over the course of 6 flights + airport time, at least 12 hours of use - and they sat for 4.5 days in between travel days with no charging). He had no issues at all. Highly recommend.

These are excellent. Great sound, ear protection, comfort and quality
I can't find a thing wrong with these and I'm a musician. Excellent sound and the noise decibel protection is outstanding to not hurt your ears. The noise cancellation and Bluetooth work very very well. The ear comfort is outstanding and my glasses slide in and out without the slightest bit of "catching" on the ear pads. These are the best headphones I've ever owned in or out of the music studio for comfort and easy use. I'd recommended them extremely highly.

I love these headphones!
I have a small head, large ears and wear glasses. This makes it hard to find headphones that fit well. These are extremely comfortable even for long periods. My other main criteria is that they don’t leak sound, because I use these in bed at night and my wife is a light sleeper. These are excellent in that regard. The sound quality is more than adequate for streaming use and pretty good for music. I am not an audiophile, so take that for what it’s worth. The battery holds a charge for a good month of 1-2 hours of daily usage. The only complaint I have is that the battery indicator gives a “low” warning late; when you get that, you’ll have at best 30 minutes before the headphones power off.

Solid so far, even compared to several others of mine
PROS:- Two levels of noise cancellation, both very effective- relatively clear sound- No issues with connectivity thus far- No issues with battery life thus far- Comfortable for a few hours out of the box, definitely over-ear headphones that don't clamp the earCONS:- While they don't clamp the ear (good), they do need a little break in as fatigue can manifest after a few hours if using them right out of the box. Far from the worst case I've experienced though.- I feel the sound quality is just "alright". I was kind of hoping to feel like I jumped to the next level of listening from my AT M40x's, but it's on similar par with those, just with the added noise cancellation. In fact, I think the M40x's might be a little crisper, which would make sense given they're supposed to be "studio headphones", though still much cheaper.- minor complaint: the headphones only turn on (or off) after holding the power button for ~5 seconds. I understand holding the power for 5 seconds to turn off, but why 5 seconds to turn on?- minor complaint: Connecting via bluetooth can be a bit annoying if connecting to several different devices during the day. It requires you turn the headphones off, and power them back on while holding the power button for longer than the 5 seconds just to turn it on, and then it enters pairing mode. I wish there was a separate bluetooth pairing button like many devices seem to have.- total nitpick complaint: Even with noise cancelling off, they might shut out the outside world too much depending on your application. I've used these to voice chat and it's difficult to hear my own voice, so when I plan to voice chat at length I use another pair that lets in more of the outside ambience. I realize this is a pro and not a con for many, so i'm not actually counting it against the headphones in my rating.I'm not a headphone connoisseur or anything, but i'm on my way to being one just by virtue of being picky about headphones and never having owned a pair that actually seemed to do everything i wanted them to (comfort, good sound, noise cancellation). I have some used Bose QC15 noise cancelling ones, Audio Technica M40x's, random cheap headsets, and now this. This is on par with the M40x's or maybe just ahead as being the best pair i've owned/used yet.Make no mistake - I sound picky, but if the PuroPro continue to function for at least a few years with normal use, the way they have been so far, then I'll be very happy with them.

Quality professional headset
What a great product! The package presentation says it all with quality, comfort and well thought out features. The multi level of ANC allow for just the right level of noise cancel with still being able to hear the surrounding environment. When you want to cancel more noise it can level up as well. Simple blu tooth connection to iPad and iPhone. Have used for 8 hours of music, zoom calls and phone calls so far on one charge with no issues A true professionals headset.

Not Satisfied At All
The fit is ok and the feel is ok, but the sound is terrible. Not impressed with the depth or tone. I wish I could turn the vollume up more to cancel out the noise that is NOT canceled out by the headphones. I'm returning these immediately.

Comfort and ease of use
Received my PuroPro Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Volume Limiting Headphones today. Charged them to get a full battery, took about 20 minutes, enought time to look at the manual. Easy to connect, connect to my laptop and phone. Listen to music while working from home, tried both ANC 1 and 2 settings. Both blocked back ground noise, walking away from my laptop I was able to get between 35 - 40 feet away, with block wall between me and the laptop. Had them on for over 2 hours, no pressure on my ears or any sweat from the ear pads. Enjoying them so far, only wish there was a mute button, for use during conference calls. They come in a nice case and wooden box for storage, pretty nice. (see pictures)

Works great, supported better!
My kids love these, and it is very reassuring to me that they can't blow out their eardrums. Also, their customer support is *fantastic*. Kids are hard on gear, and they've been good about helping us get replacement parts and select good gear as they've aged into later sets (they both have Puro Pros now, they used to have some of the ones for smaller kids).
