Really good beginner guitar
Really good guitar package for the money. The sound is pretty good for a starter amp. The guitar itself is really good. It plays nice, good guitar body, nice sound. And with it being the 3/4 size guitar it works for my oldest daughter really well, since my guitar is still a little too big for her to learn. I really like that it came with a cord, some guitar picks and then a travel bag and amp. Strings are ok, but I switched those out for better quality ones. And just made a small adjustment on the bridge to get a little string raddle out and it plays almost as good as mine. Definitely worth the money, and was a really cool Christmas gift for my daughter.

Perfect first guitar
Bought this for my daughter and it has been the perfect beginner guitar for her. She will out grow it in a year or so but it has been perfect and she has learned so much with it already. Such a value for the price. I highly recommend this for a beginner.

Very good for child beginner
Bought for a left handed 7 yo. Nice guitar, and amp, per guitar instructor. Required instructor to tune (I don't play so perhaps if even vaguely familiar could be done at home). Very good value. Only thing is the bag for the guitar just barely fits after the strap was added. I think if the guitar bag was an inch wider and an inch longer it would be perfect.

Great starter kit for kids
Bought this as a starter kit for my 7yo who started guitar lessons. It’s not the greatest craftsmanship guitar, but we also weren’t looking for that. We wanted a good electric guitar set with all that he needed to get started. If he does end up liking to play the guitar, we’ll consider buying a more expensive, better quality guitar. The 36” version is also the perfect size for our 7yo. Saw some comments about the frets sticking out on the neck cutting people’s fingers… that’s not the case with ours. Can say this is a solid starter guitar. Would recommend buying.

There are MANY better options out there.
I purchased two LyxPro guitars and both were low quality and had significant quality issues. There are MANY options out there that are far better in terms of quality, playability and value. The fret ends were very sharp, it will not stay in tune and the finish (paint) is cracked. The gig bag is thin and the zipper cannot hold the weight of the guitar. The amp isn't bad and is fun to play, but with a much better guitar. The parts are non-standard, so many cannot be swapped or upgraded easily. The cable is low quality and didn't last long. The strap is too thin and hardly holds the weight of the light guitar.I admit, the tone wasn't bad, but that's after I replaced the strings and tuners to get it to hold tune.

Good value! This is a real guitar and not necessarily a toy! great for beginners!
Good value for the money! The strings are on the cheap that come with it. I seem to be having problems keeping it in tune but is probably cause of the new and on the cheap strings. Real wood and very well made for the money. Grandson loved it!

Intonation is really bad
I bought this guitar for my 9 year old daughter. The size is perfect, the amp works, the guitar looks nice. The frets are quite sharp so I will have to stone them.I am a musician with perfect pitch and the intonation is terrible. The guitar is good enough for her to practice on, but I would have never been able to play it as a kid as I was born with perfect pitch and it would drive me crazy. The cost to redo the frets is not worth it.It's a cheap guitar and she'll out grow it. And then I will just throw it away.
