I JUST PURCHASED LAST WEEK AND OPEND THE PRODUCT TODAY AND FIND THAT THE UPPER CAP IS IN DISMANTLED STATE-CANNOT USE IT ANYMORE WITH MY SURFACE . IN TOTAL THE PRODUCT IS IN SHABBY CONDITION AND I FEEL THAT IT IS USED BY SOME ONE AND SENT BACK TO ME AS NEW SINCE I FIND THAT THE BATTERIES INSIDE WERE VERY LOW. WORST EXPERIENCE. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF AMAZON BUT THAT CHINESE MANUFACTURER-NOW HEREAFTER I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING VALUABLE PRODUCT FROM CHINESE ORIGIN. FRUSTRATED WHEN MY EAGER TO USE PEN IS KILLED- LITERALLY IT IS A GIFT FROM MY FRIEND AND I CANNOT REPORT THIS FAULT AND SPOIL HIS SENTIMENS.

趣味で漫画を描いています。SurfacePro(2017)用に買いました。普段からWacom製品の液タブを使用しているせいか、幾つかのスタイラスペンを使った中で一番違和感がなく描き易いと感じました。下記はNewSurfacePen、BambooInk、AdnitInkの3本を使用した際の個人的な感想です。【NewSurfacePen(2017)】・斜線などを素早く描画した際一番タイムラグがなく描ける・傾き感知のせいか、Wacomとクセが違うので慣れが必要（慣れないうちはブレて下書きすらまともに描けない…）【BambooInk】・描き易さはダントツ・Wacom製品を使い慣れている人には移行しやすい・普段筆圧レベル8192の液タブを使用しているが、4096に下がっても特に実感はなく、同じように描ける【AdnitInk】・充電式のため一番軽く手に負担がない・ペンを斜めに持った際、感知できる領域が狭い為か、普段よりも力を込めないとうまく描画できない

I bought this for doing artwork on my surface, and while it performs better regarding sensitivity levels than microsoft's surface pen, the quality feels quite cheap and light. The spray on rubberized coating started coming off months after I bought it where my hand grips it, and while the replacement tips are cheaper than microsoft's they are considerably larger and feel less precise. Feels more like using a dull pencil crayon.I love the fact that there are two buttons near where my fingers hold the pen, so I can do lasso select AND erasing without flipping the pen over to use the eraser like with the surface pen.This has some advantages over microsoft's version, but looking back I regret not trying to find a less "cheap feeling" pen. This hasn't broken, but the finish has degraded quickly enough I am upset that I purchased it at all. Hopefully the 1 year warranty will cover replacement but looking at wacom's website, it looks like it's purposely setup claims to be a huge pain in the butt as you have to call a hotline (wtf?). This is 2020, I should be able to email about this... seems this was done on purpose.

el producto llego en fecha y en tiempo todo bien pero...me duro solo 4 meses, debo decir ante todo soy un dibujante y de los rudos y bueno no es tan bueno como me lo pensaba, la marca no lo es todo en la vida y se me fue a la pinta. la precisión es la misma pero ciento que la punta deberían hacerla mas resistente porque se rompe con facilidad y luego es muy difícil de sacara los bordes de la pluma es otra de las desventajas y el botón de la parte trasera es muy frágil.se que el vendedor no tiene la culpa. asi que la reseña es mas para el producto que para la compra

Item came as DOA. The item packaging was falling apart. The item itself is slightly deformed, like it was stepped over a couple of times.

I bought this product on 13/01/2019. When I got it, the top end of the pen was broken off and even after placing it back onto the pen, the pen would not turn on. Furthermore, looking at YouTube videos, the battery is supposed to be provided separately in the packaging and not inside the pen however in this case, it was inside the pen. I am severely disappointed.
