Wow! This is wonderful! I am new to the essentials oils party and I had a really hard time choosing what scents I might like. Anytime you buy something that you can't smell first hand comes with a risk. I went through lots of reviews before choosing my first few oil fragrances.I'm very happy that I settled on this one. I will say that you cannot judge a fragrance properly until you have properly diffused it. They are all too strong out of the bottle.So...what does SENSUAL smell like? The label lists Ylang, Ylang, Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Sandalwood, Jasmine Absolute.I think this is a floral, spicy smell and it is very pleasing. It's not a sweet floral smell and I would not describe it as feminine. I think the earthy, spicy notes give it a nice quality. The Ylang Ylang gives it a bit of headiness like perfume. The sandalwood and patchouli give the earthy tones. The orange notes are very subtle and and the back end of the scent. I can't say I really get any Lavender or Jasmine fragrance specifically but I think they combine nicely to give the overall "floral" quality and lighten up the heavier Patchouli and Sandalwood notes.Overall this is a nicely balanced blend of fragrance and one scent does not outweigh the others. They all contribute their own part of the harmony. If you like scents that are a bit less sweet then you will most likely find this pleasing. I will add that this one tends to be a bit stronger and I use only a few drops in the diffuser.

I was looking for something that was close to a scent I experienced at a facial. She told me the main ingredients were ylang ylang, sandalwood and lavender. I could tell there was some patchouli in it as well. I was very excited when I found this. I couldn't be happier now that I have it. It's almost identical to what I had been looking for. I use it in a burner and it is wonderful. Long lasting and definitely relaxing. Don't really get the sensual part of it, but definitely calming for me. I even put a dash on my wrist so I could enjoy out of the house. I found that when I did it a second time I put too much on and it changed the scent and I didn't like it. I will keep it for the house. It smells lovely in here! I've been basically burning it nonstop in the 3 days since it arrived. A great buy!

I could imagine how it might smell based on the ingredients and other reviews, but I was still a little nervous to buy this essential oil blend without testing it out first. I have to say, I still wasn't sure if I liked it after my first whiff, but it grew on me! The sandalwood and patchouli are subtle, as I had been hoping, they really just help to balance out the floral notes in a way I find very appealing. I ended up using this oil to make some solid perfume, if you are planning to use this oil as a perfume, I recommend diluting it with another oil in some way because otherwise I think it could be a bit overpowering. I melted down cocoa butter with almond oil and castor oil and filled a couple empty lip balm tubes, but you could just even just add it to almond oil. It would also make a great fragrance for home made soaps or other home made body care products.I deducted one star because the bottle wasn't sealed when I got it. I could tell it was still full and it was probably just a fluke, but I still thought it was weird.

Smells pretty much exactly as I was expecting. I needed a light floral scent in my collection, and although I prefer to have actual Jasmine or Sandalwood, this synergy does just great. It smells lovely diffused (although I still prefer to diffuse Lavender with Frankincense, Lemon and Rosemary--my favorite scent combo). This is a great change, and will definitely work well in a lotion I plan to creat for my sister. :) The best part about this synergy is that it incorporates some pretty expensive essential oils like Ylang Ylang, Jasmine Absolute, and Sandalwood. Purchasing just 5ml of each would cost well over $100. At this price, no matter that cheaper oils are included, it's so worth the purchase. Even if you do not particularly love the scent, each and every essential oil in this blend is highly beneficial to the skin. I feel like this should be repackaged with a name like "Skin Care" or something. Anyway, well worth the purchase, and the more I smell it, the more I love it. Thank you Plant Therapy!!! It is hard to put a smell in words for me, but this stuff has a bit of a floral scent, a bit woody, but it's all good. It is a strong scent and lingers for a long while, I used a bit too much the first time not knowing it was that strong and had to turn the fan on in my window. I am not sure about the actually aphrodisiac effects, but my girlfriend seems to enjoy the smell, as do I. Very nice for just relaxing, reading, talking... I like that this company mixes the oils for me in a ready to use product, many of their blends seem to have good synergy from what I have seen, if not all of them.

My wife and I love this blend of essential oil. We were unsure if this scent would be appealing to us, but we were so pleasantly surprised from the very second we put it in our essential oil diffuser. It's calming and you guessed it, very sensual!I 100% recommend this product. It's absolutely amazing in a diffuser. My wife and I love letting it run a few hours before bed, and coming into the room and smelling this wonderful scent. It really creates a cozy and positive ambience. We've also been trying to research essential oils, and almost everywhere we look, this brand falls into the top quality essential oil brands!
