Cuisinart CPT-640 4-Slice Metal Toaster, Stainless Steel

Works as advertised, all the different functions work fine. Frozen waffles came out perfect, had to defrost first then toast it and it didn't take very long to do both. Bread comes out evenly toasted on both sides. The only thing I found annoying was that the outside of the toaster gets very hot after only the first use, so a person has to watch there fingers. And the setting was only on 4.

if it wasnt for the word Cuisinart on the side this could pass for a $30 toaster from Walmart. it is hard to push the toast lever down. the slider doesnt slide smoothly. when you pop the toast it sounds rattly like a tin can. and the circle knob feels and sounds cheap as it goes from option to option. dissapointing product from Cuisinart. would have expected a lot better for this price.

I bought this toaster because we needed a stainless steel machine to go with the rest of the appliances. The performance is awful. The base is unstable. The single slice option has worked only once. The whole toaster rattles when the toasts pop up. English muffins toast exactly the same on the bread setting and the english muffin setting. The body heats up. It also stains readily and the top where finger nails marginally touch the surface while removing the toasts, is already developing scratches. We have used it for a few days but are disappointed that Cuisinart with bring out such a poor quality product. We are returning it. I am sure we can get a better toaster for half the price we paid ($98).

Tienes que usarlo en lo más bajo aún cuando sean Waffles congelados porque si no se queman. Lo pongo en defrost y sale tibio y lo tengo que meter al micro unos 15 o 20 seg. No lo recomiendo

Our old toaster stopped working and this was a good replacement it works great.
