Great size.. Holds 5 lbs of bird seed, and a bit more too!! I love the look of it and how it has a handle as well as a scoop that is meant to store inside the bin. Be careful with the handle on top because it will make the container pop off, I noticed it immediately thankfully before making that mistake. The seal is on the top of the actual bin and not the lid so it’s much easier to keep the lid clean. I haven’t had any issues with the quality of it so far, and it’s compact enough to fit in my TV stand cabinet. If you’re looking for a smaller bird seed holder that is stylishly minimalist AND functional, look no further!!!

I had to find something that would hold seeds and keep mice out. This fits the bill. It's small, holds a small bag of seeds but it's cute and easy to carry outside. The scoop is a nice addition.

I liked this so much, I bought a second one on black!. They hold the perfect amount of seed and even come with a little scoop. Pretty enough to leave out.

Looks nice. Smaller than I would have liked, but only option I saw in this style. If a similar item was available in a 30-50% larger size, I would have preferred that. Was as advertised.

I gave three stars because the bird storage container is attractive. The only information described re the bird feeder storage was the dimensions. When I received it today, it became obvious that this container will probably not even store 5 lbs of seed. I returned it, because I keep refills going on 4 bird feeders every day, but this lovely container would be more of a decoration, than a useful storage container. I’ll be looking now, for a bird feeder storage that identifies the allowable storage pounds!

Hard to tell. The little rodents with a great PR team, convincing people that they are cute and living the life near park benches, are basically rats in disguise. Be a bird enthusiast in the country and they reveal their true opportunist personalities.I’ve had multiple seed containers. Anything other than metal they just destroy. Even these metal ones require a bit of security, since the robbing rodents hold classes on how to open the lids (it takes a while, but they figure it out. You need a decent heavy rock. To put on top.I like the containers. I wish they were larger, but they hold a basic bag of seed. becauseThe little “cute” rats, have managed to figure out all my squirrel proof feeders, to some extent. (We have the fattest squirrels on the East coast). But the tins are easy to carry and keep safe. Whatcha gonna do? Squirrels be squirrels.So I recommend.

It hold a lot. Good quality. Do not leave in the rain or it will rust.
