I love this equipment! I am an interpreter and have been using this equipment since I bought it. It's small, light, reliable, and easy to use. The batteries last surprisingly long. The shipment arrived much faster than I expected it to. Then I inadvertently misplaced the manual and had to reach out to the manufacturers to get a second copy. They responded very quickly, were courteous, and solved my problem the same day. I recommend this product and the company's customer service to anyone who needs this type of device.

I purchased 20 of these for use with tour groups. They work very well as long as no one is more than about 50 feet away. If more than 50-70 feet away the transmission is lost. I like the small size. You must accept that the small size means that they do not have a replaceable battery. These have a built-in lithium battery which, upon full charge, will last many hours (15 hours?). However, you must charge these every few months and I once failed to charge just before use and discovered they were all dead. (I had charged them a few months earlier but the charge goes down week by week, so charge again just before use.) They take many hours to fully charge and the longer you own them the longer the charge time will take. Nevertheless, they are lightweight, take little room, and the voice clarity is very good. They cost much less than some systems and overall have performed well for me for two years. They come from China and will take longer than most Amazon items to arrive. (It took several weeks in my case but everything did arrive in time.) You can use any stereo ear buds or headsets with these that use a 3.5 mm plug.

I bought that last year. I used it only 1 hour per week ( Church ) but, already 4 recivers broke. And unable to connect to seller. What a disappointment.

This transmitter and receiver set did really well at first. There was not background noise and had really clear sound. They maintain good charge and are easy to use. However, 6 months into using them (about 1-2 times per month, the receivers and transmitter begin having issues. The transmitter would randomly have a false connection/contact. The receivers would randomly stop receiving signal, too. So, I was left having to figure out if multiple people having problems hearing me was a receiver problem or transmitter problem all while trying to do simultaneous language interpretation. I had to ditch them and buy a higher quality set. They are now in a box as a back up in case my other system crashes, but even as backup they make me nervous.

It arrived when they said it would, and they were great helping me to get up and running. Would work with them again!!

We purchased these to translate for our Spanish speaking church members and they are amazing. The speaker sounds very clear in each headset. Each little device comes with its own ear piece, lanyard and charger.

We use these for Spanish interpretation during our church services and I was very surprised with the clarity and consistency of the wireless signal. Very happy with the purchase (someone else bought them so it doesn't show me as a verified purchaser). 1 Transmitter 10 Receivers. Easy to use, easy to charge, haven't had a problem yet. I'll update this if we experience any issues.

The transmitter it’s not cutting on correctly and now it’s not cutting on at all.It’s not even 2 months old.
