Q: What is the power consumption of this oven (NOT power output)?

Hey all I wanted to point out something else to those using pure sine inverters. I have a bestek and it displays watts. But the watts are the DC watts coming from the battery, not the AC watts out of the inverter. My 1500w power station shows watts too. But it shows the AC watts out. So the same 700w Wally world microwave shows a 1060w load out of my power station but that same microwave displays 1500w on my bestek inverter since is shows DC watts from DC side of inverter. Confirmed this with bestek. So you also have to be aware if your power station or stand alone inverter is showing AC or DC watts. A kill-a-watt device also helps to confirm, of course.

yes and no. as it is, yes the micro will slide on the counter (it wont rock forward - the right hand side of the micro is heavier than the left hand side). i cut little pieces of anti-skid fabric (the kind you get to put under throw rugs) and put a piece under each foot. now i can open it in a normal manner and it doesn't budge.

Hi Linda: The microwave weighs 23 lbs and the outside dimensions are: height 10 5/16" X width 17 13/16" X depth 13 5/8". The inside dimensions are: height 7 13/16" X width 12 3/8" X depth 11 9/16". The capacity is .06 cubic feet. It has glass turntable inside. We bought it because my son's college dorm required the microwave to be no more than 600 watts. It sits perfectly on top of the mini fridge in the dorm. Highly recommend.
