Color Changing Knives by Twin Cities Magic - Trick

Expe ted them to be a bit larger but Love the finish on the surface. Makes paddle move so smooth. Comes with nice black k plush bag. Could be better if it came with an additional green knife for double color change but very satisfied.

I am a magician and this color changing knife is a waste of money for these reasons: I cut myself with it by accident no stitches but the blade is so narrow and sharp it is dangerous, I have had tens of other color changing knives and never a cut, Also I like to keep a ready color changing knife in my back pocket for impromptu magic and the edges are so sharp they are painful on the cheeks and quickly tried to make a hole in my Levis. A good color changing knife would be worth this price but are hard to find.

I received one of these as a gift from my wife. She was tired of me complaining about the one I lost in our last move. I'm not sure why the other review is so negative. The blade is never opened during the illusion and I can't see how one would get cut performing with it. I'd prefer if there was a choice of colors for them. The one I got was not what I would have chosen but it shows up well enough to really impress people . I was trying to teach this illusion to my granddaughter and she jumped at the color change even though by that time she knew how it worked. If you learn to do it right, it's a great trick... Just don't expect to get it right without a lot of practice. Magic lessons wouldn't hurt either...
