CLATINA Office Guest Chair with Lumbar Support and Mid Back Mesh Space Air Grid Series for Reception Conference Room Gray

This Chair was very straightforward to assemble. I really didn’t even look at the instructions except to confirm what I was doing. Anyone that struggles to put this together should probably hire me to come assemble it. It’s easy. Comfort wise the cushion for the bottom section is surprisingly padded but firm. I’d compare it to sitting on block of firm egg crate foam. The back is actually 10/10 nice. The lumbar support doesn’t adjust vertically as much as I’d have liked but still, it DOES adjust and it has a cushion between the lumbar support and back pad of the chair which really makes this chair a 5/5 for comfort and quality. I feel confident to use this product for my upcoming 18 month program. I was hesitant and did a lot of research to find the right chair. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Catalina. I just bought my second one in three weeks because I liked the first one so much. Great chair in every sense. Easy to assemble. Very stable, lightweight but strong, doesn't damage floors, attractive, and, most importantly, its very comfortable. A great value for a reasonable price. I am replacing rolling desk chairs with these in my home office and studio. And, these were shipped to me in three days even though Amazon indicated they would take a couple of weeks.

This chair is exactly what I had been looking for. I was so sick of those adjustable office chairs because no matter how expensive they were they would always begin to sink. This chair is comfortable and I can sit in it for hours. Easy to put together and as long as the screws don’t strip I can foresee this lasting years. Definitely one of my better Amazon buys. This company really thought about giving the buyer a good assembly experience. Assembly instructions are clear and require only four diagrams. Extra fasteners of each type included just in case. The Allen wrench was large enough to provide good torque. No stripped threads or misplaced holes. The unassembled chair arrived in a surprisingly compact box with excellent protective packaging materials and no styrofoam. I'm very pleased with the degree of lumbar support the chair provides. Be aware that the seat cushion is firm, but not rock-hard. Overall I'm really impressed!

We are doing an office remodel. We purchased 6 of these gray chairs to use on our new conference room.The chairs arrived and they are sturdy and comfortable. However, the chairs are not a TRUE GRAY color, they are like a green-gray sea green type of color. It's not a bad color, but it's definitely not truly gray like the images and wording suggests.We only opened one package and only assembled 1 chair. We realized they would not work as the surrounding color in the office is blue and true gray, so the chair really kind of clashed with the carpeting and wall color. I submitted for a return through Amazon, and it was automatically approved, but the labels require we pay for the return shipping.Had these chairs been as described, gray, they would have worked, but they are more green. So, we reached out to Amazon who got the seller involved to get a prepaid shipping label. They are refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label, requiring that we send additional photos and videos of the chairs, saying that it's the lighting in the office that is making it appear to be green.I've been trying for 2 weeks to express to them that this is the room we are going to use them in, so if they look green in this lighting, then that is all that matters. I've tried to explain that the chair is seemingly of good quality from what we can tell and we had planned on just ordering them in black. However, given how much difficulty this seller is giving us - I highly doubt we'll be reordering anything from them.They are not seeming to understand what I'm saying, they keep repeating themselves and putting me back at square one. I've never ever ever ever had a harder time with a return on Amazon before.I'm not saying the chair is bad, but I am saying the customer service is the worst I've experienced through Amazon. I've reported the seller to Amazon and would like to say- buyer beware.

Does anyone know what type of screw this chair takes? I've had it for probably over a year now and the chair is great but two of the screws had broke eventually and I'd like to know what type so I can replace it. I can't find any information on this.

I have been working from home since the start of the pandemic and bought this chair a few years ago. It was nice for my home office, I thought the lumbar support and padding were comfortable. I had the chair for a little less than three years (so it should have been under warranty still) when the lumbar support just popped off of the back one day. I have tried and tried, but I cannot get the lumbar support piece to go back in. The lumbar piece isn't broken, it just doesn't bend the way you need it to get it back in the track. I tried to contact the company multiple times in the past few months, but they never wrote back. Even if they couldn't send any replacement, I hoped they would at least provide instructions or tips for reinserting the piece. But they never even acknowledged my emails! The chair is still usable, but not very comfortable without the lumbar support. For the next chair I buy, I'll definitely look to buy from a company with actual customer service.
