Love it
My husband uses this every morning for his smoothie. The motor is strong enough to pulverize frozen fruit and ice. He like the timer. The only complaint I have is the plastic pitcher...it's hard to keep clean. I wish it was glass.

I am very happy with this one and it costs a fraction of Vitamix.
This blender is wonderful, very powerful and perfect for my needs. It whips up vegetables and fruits of all kinds. I am very happy with it.

Anyone know why this is happening?
Whenever I make smoothies with spinach the base turns rust colored. How do I pull apart to clean base?

I reallllyyyy wanted to love this!
I was so excited for this blender after reading the reviews. I have been a Ninja user for years, but wanted to see if I could find a cheaper alternative. I like a good thick smoothie, like a smoothie shop would make it. This machine can not handle it. It CONSTANTLY shuts off! I use frozen fruit, ice, protein powder , PB2, milk, flax and honey. A normal smoothie. But it takes forever to get the ice to crush and blend in and even after it’s finally blended, I’m still crunching on ice bits. I’ve tried pretty much all settings. Oh, and the pulse switch doesn’t work.

Great Blender with One Exception
Greetings all, I purchased this blender on February 28, 2024. I've used the blender to make smoothies for the week once every week since purchase. Thus far it's been a great blender with one exception. I cannot get the base to stop leaking. I've checked or tightened everything. I even took the base/blade attachment out to examine the O ring for damage. The base is not the easiest to work with and being plastic, I didn't want to overtighten the base in fear of cracking the pitcher. It actually looks like a security tool with 2-pin holes to remove or attach this portion. The first 2-weeks or so no leaks. Other than the leaking issue the blender does exactly what I needed it for- making smoothies. It does emit a grease like smell at times, but I can never locate the root cause without removing any exterior covers. Be well everyone.
