After 15 days of usage, I'm more calm and relaxed . I experienced fatigue during initial days of usage and it affected your sleep cycle. But, now I don't have any side effects. 100mg was too strong for me, so I'm now taking 50mg in the morning and now I am relaxed and free from anxiety.

Lack of information on the all products of Zenith
Their all products doesn't mention the excipients (other ingredients) on the label. This is deceiving, as according to USA standards one has to mention all the other ingredients in the cap. Many use magnesium start, silica or talc. But here they don't mention so god knows what they are adding.

After using this product I feel quiet good because it helps to get rid of anxiety and stress symptoms and results will be seen within some days.

DO NOT BUY! Not Effective at all
This product is absolutely rubbish. I have used other brands of L-Theanine with varying effects. Have not experienced even the slightest effect even after going upto 400mg a day. Don't waste your money.(Health-Vit has a much superior product in the same price range)
