Vitanica, GABA Ease, Calming Support, Vegan, 60 Capsules

Like pharmaceuticals, not every herbal medicine works for every person, and without a doctor helping to match you with a medicine it’s more hit and miss. I happen to know I run low in GABA because I tested with my ND. This is a bigger dose of it, but one at bedtime has been helping me sleep and one during the day has been helping with stress. All Vitanica blends are very good, recommended by naturopathic doctors, and this is no exception.

I have been having sleep problems since my sophomore year of high school, which is over a decade ago. I have tried melatonin and a sleep aid in the past. The melatonin had no effect and the sleep aid seemed to slightly help me fall asleep quicker when I really needed it but I didn't feel like it was helping my overall energy at all and was only taking it on especially bad nights. GABA Ease makes me sleepy within 10 minutes of taking it (I've been taking 2 every night). It's been over a month and I haven't had a night I couldn't fall asleep pretty quickly yet, whereas before the quickest I'd fall asleep is after 35 minutes in bed on a good night. I still wake up occasionally at night so I can't tell if it's less than before and I've always been able to fall back asleep quickly. I live in a first floor apartment in the city and have nocturnal pets though so noise is also a factor in that. However, I don't have constant brain fog and fatigue like before and most days I feel fine getting through without a nap when I've literally taken a nap almost every day of my life since sophomore year of high school.

I bought this for my child who had tics. It was like magic! Tics went away several days after taking. Forgot to buy another bottle after a couple months and they slowly crept back. Was consistent for several months and then have only needed occasional supplementation the last year or so.

I believe in GABA and I know people it’s worked for but it did nothing for me at the time. This is a good price for this product and Vitanica is a great company with authentic products and I can get Gluten Free from them. The size isn’t too bad either.

I enjoy taking the Gaba. It calms me down and helps me to not feel so overwhelmed. Vitanica makes great products :)

I have BPD, PMDD, anxiety disorder and although this pill doesn't work miracles it does help calm me down. The blend used in this capsule is quite different than anything I've tried and it helps way more than any other natural remedy I've tried for my mental health issues. There is no brain fog and I can focus while on this pill, which I wasn't able to on previous psych anxiety prescription drugs. This will stay in my medicine cabinet for as long as it exists.

Does exactly what you want if you need some anti-anxiety relief with NO side affects. I would advise taking it at least an hour before you may think you need the relief. I have never had to take more than 1 per day. On days where I don't have any upcoming issues I don't take it at all. I tried the NOW brand also 750mg that is cheaper and did not find it to be near as effective so quickly went back to Vitanica. This was recommended to me several years ago by a doctor thankfully.
