Great ink replacement for our HP plotter at half the price.

I installed this ink cartridge in my T2500 plotter. The plotter said it was not genuine HP (I knew that) and would not function. With this ink cartridge installed the plotter would not function at all. It would not plot anything - not even color only plots. Not even the scanner would function. The plotter stayed 'offline'.I will order a genuine HP replacement just to make sure it is the ink cartridge and not a problem with the plotter. If it is the ink cartridge - it is going back as defective.Update - I ordered another ink cartridge - and it worked fine. The 'newer' ink cartridge turned out to not be genuine HP either but it worked. The plotter still recognized it was not HP but the plotter worked - plotted and scanned. Now I see the "return window" has closed. I don't think defective product returns ever closed.
