Well built in China.
Well built in China. Rated at 9000 RPM, so I use my buffer at 3000 and it works great. The wire is stiffer than I expected and can't really tell any difference between this and a heavier one. But it will last a long time.

Great Quality
I bought one of these from a lost cost importer and it was shedding wire bristles. Those are no fun to pull out of your skin.

Paint stripping on masonry.
Chose the crimped wire brush rather than the knotted wire because I did not want the brush to be too aggressive on a stucco masonry finish. Just enough to remove the paint without gouging into the cement. Worked very well on my Makita cut-off tool.

Good brand, but what’s with the 9000 rpm max?
Works as intended. I’m satisfied with the quality to price ratio. It says 9000 rpm max, but my Dewalt angle grinder is 12000 rpm. I guess that means the bristles are not going to hold up. They already splayed out a lot since I got it.

Held up well
My angle grinder is my most useful tool. I use this cup brush for all sorts of stuff I used to use a wire brush for: removing rust from metal polishing, etc. Some of the bristles flew out during my first use, but after that it remained intact and I got a lot of service out of it. I bought a red one that looked the same at Harbor Freight to replace it, which was a mistake. The bristles on the HF one spun out quickly and were bent 90 degrees outward after 1 use. Spend the extra money and buy this DeWalt brush!
