Corelle Livingware 10.25" Divided Dish - Set of 6 - Divided Plate, Dishwasher & Microwave Safe

I was getting rather tired of using small pyrex bowls (tempered glass) for my small child's meals, so I set out to find some in-destructible yet microwave safe plates.Our main dishes at home are microwave safe, but very expensive to let a toddler use. At first, I looked at tempered glass plates, but was dissatisfied with the reviews. I changed my mind. I then remembered that my in-laws have been using Corelle dishware for over a decade. I found these divided ones while searching amazon and fell in love! They're simple. They keep foods from spilling into each other. They don't stain as far as I have seen, and we have let spaghetti sauce sit on them for hours! My son has dropped one of these on our hard tile in our kitchen and there's not a scratch on that plate! I am considering buying a full set of dinner plates for my husband and I as our current dishes keep chipping. These beasts are indestructible!

We use these daily. I love Corelle plates, I've dropped them before and they haven't broken and they're lighter than most other ceramic plates I've used so it's easy for the little ones to set the table and put dishes away. I have several normal (non-divided) Corelle brand plates that I found at a flea market so I decided to stick with a brand that would stand the test of time but be great for a family with little ones. I love that we can keep our saucier dishes separate so I think my husband and I ended up liking them as much as the kids do. I put some more on my wishlist so I can get enough for guests or so that we don't have to run the dishwasher daily.

I've always loved Corelle. They don't make them as break-proof as they used to. I've shattered a LOT of plates, dishes and cups over the years on my kitchen floor: linoleum. I still love them none-the-less.Light weight, stain resistant, easy clean, thin so you can stack a lot in a small space, doesn't chip easily. I love the basic white - it really makes foods stand out. These aren't very deep (like a kid's divided plate) but they are deep enough so that coleslaw dressing or some gravy won't mix with other foods. You can't stack wet foods high, (like a lot of bbq beans), the liquid will eventually make it's way down and spill over into another compartment. A normal sized serving will fit this nicely.These are big plates. I thought because of the inner dividers it would make the plate small but it fits a lot of food. I think I'll buy the 8-inch for my meals and save this size for others. I want these for portion control and the smaller plate would work better for me. Fill the big section with non-starchy vegetables both raw and/or cooked, use one of the smaller sections for your protein and the other for your good carbs. Makes plating your meals a no-brainer. I eat a little fruit for snacks on a bread-and-butter Corelle plate.

I wish I had bought more, before they were no longer listed (for the same reasonable price). These work perfectly for a person like me, who likes to eat salad, fruit and veggies at dinner, but does not like to see them all pool together. They are not unbreakable, and we now (sadly) have only five. The plate looks large (compared to the sm/med Fiesta brand) plates we usually use, but the dividing walls take up some of that space and I have not found us overeating with them.

So sturdy. Like the compartments. Nice and clean looking. Like using these than plastic or melamine plates for my toddler. I like using them better too. But one of mine is a little wobbly. Other than that, great.

These are great. I'm always making something with sauces/dressings/gravies/butter, etc. I was tired of everything running together. The bundle is the only way to go and these clean so well, so easily..... Since everything comes right off of them with water and very little scrubbing, if any.... we are washing, drying, stacking in seconds after dinner. This was best price too. My grandsons are teenagers, but God Forbid something drains/runs into something else on their plate... And it'll work for little ones too. I had some when they were little (of another brand) and telling them that dinner includes three things and they must eat some or most of each truly worked. The kids were resigned to eating at least three different things.

Great product for a divided dinner plate. Very sturdy and dishwasher safe. Quality product.

Dishes are very nice. Will be great for portioning out meals and keeping drippings from other foods, in plate, while refrigerated. They could of been a little bit deeper but all in all they will be great for preparing meals for my mom who is 94 and no longer cooks. She hates when sauces run over into other foods so these plates will, hopefully, be an answer to that problem. They also take up less space in your cupboard because they stack so well. All around good idea for many reasons.
