I've tried all kinds of nail undercoats in my quest for natural, long nails but they'd always break once they got to a certain length, which was really irritating.This collagen has completely changed that, however.I've only been taking it for a few months, too (you obviously have to give it a bit of time with nails) and to be honest I'm still a bit stunned!My nails are definitely stronger and they haven't broken, which is a first for me after years of trying to grow them.I see little cracks in the upper nail layers but my nails don't break like they always have before. Taking this product is the only thing I've changed.I agree with others, too, that I have more energy and it's done wonders for my skin, too.The fact the fish is ethically sourced was what made me go for this product , plus the fact that they use collagen 1 & 3.This product is wonderful. If you want more energy better skin and fantastic nails, definitely give this a go.

To be honest I purchased this product as my skin was looking mature and I wanted to give my skin a boost, to my surprise yes it gave my skin a boost however it is also fantastic ladies, for active people who are not prepared to put up with stiff joints intheir maturing years. My joints are more supple , my skin more elastic and youthful. I wanted to keepup my activities/hobbies, enabled me to start running again, no pain in the knees or hips. Havingnot run for the past 10 years! I ran comfortably, I am still running months later!

I've taken these for 3 months now. They are taste-free and easy to swallow. I can't honestly say that I've noticed any benefits from taking them so far (hence the 4 stars), but still feel they are a good dietary supplement to persevere with.

I used to suffer with spitting nails but this has completely resolved. I'm really impressed with this supplement (I'm not really into supplements) and have it delivered on a subscribe monthly order so I don't run out. I purchased these on the strength of the ingredients and positive reviews to help with knee tendon pain. Firstly it has a good mix of vitamins, but I mostly got these for the collagen and hyaluronic acid. Both of these are vital components of collagen which makes up connective tissue such as tendons as well as skin.I took these for a month, but found no help for my knees unfortunately. That isn't necessarily due to the product. It seems like a good product and has helped others, so I think it's worth a try. Maybe I didn't take it long enough or maybe only 1g of collagen isn't enough for me. The collagen is derived from wild fish which is desirable to avoid antibiotics and steroids.I would recommend that people try this for joints and skin, just didn't help me unfortunately.

Best marine collagen I’ve tried, easy to swallow no taste. My nails are stronger, my hair feels softer. They don’t upset your stomach. I tried other collagen in powder form but I kept getting an upset stomach and having to go to the toilet . These little capsules are very easy to take. Price is also very good I’m on my 6th bottle and these are the ones I’ll stick with now. Good value for money and sent straight from the seller arrived within a few days well packaged

Great tablets for my skin, I've always had good skin throughout my youth and at 53 had just started looking my age but these tablets have turned that dial back again.The deep lines either side of my mouth have virtually gone and my skin is back looking healthy, also the darkness around my eyes has almost gone!I have to say my beauty routine is minimal now too. I use these tablets and a charcoal conjac sponge on my face to cleanse and that's it!!No concealers for my eyes or CC cream for the redness on my cheeks. Just mascara and go!!At 53years old that's bloody amazing.Definitely ordering more collagen tablets.Update: recorded these tablets and they just knock the socks off other brands!!Only wish they would do them in a three month supply like some other brands lol

I have only taken one tablet per day instead of the 2 as stated so may take a bit longer for noticeable improvement, but I have noticed an improvement in my arthritis with slightly less joint pain, not really seen any change in skin but nails are definitely stronger and growing faster. I have however noticed an improvement in my IBS symptoms and energy levels and as I take in the evening I appear to be sleeping better. I would recomend and I will be continuing with the having just received my second bottle.
