This 1/8th inch thick steel disk is amazing! We found a great pizza crust recipe to use with this steel pizza baking disk. Baking the pizza on this steel disk makes it possible to heat the crust up to a temperature you can't otherwise reach on a household oven. Now, there is no going back to any other method of cooking homemade pizza at home. This steel disk is a true game changer. It is solid, heavier than it looks and can go in the dishwasher.

It's just what it says it is, a big round slab of stainless steel. I use it on a wood fire pit for pizza and other flatbreads. About the same cook time as a pan but it works much better. There are various other similar products out there but this is the only one I found that is made of stainless steel for durability under high heat.

This is a real good upgrade from an old stone version because it gets very hot and stays that way. It is thinner than some steels on the market so it heats up faster. I keep it outside all the time and because its stainless steel it will not rust. Seasoning is recommended by just heating to 400F for an hour with high temperature oil on it, it gets dark and nonstick. Regular grilling temperatures of 500F to 600F with no issues at all, no warping noticed. Should have bought one of these years ago.

I was hesitant to buy without ratings, but I took a chance. The Item is great. It came well packaged and fast delivery. No smells or coating. Just stainless steel. The perfect size and weight.
