The clips are not adjustable, I’ve purchased others with adjustable clips, lot Easier to install.

Good for inside use
I got these and was hoping they would work outside. They do not stop some water from getting in top. Still a nice feeder. Do not fill to high as my quail will still waste some of it if I do.

Poor Packaging, Broken Product, Troublesome Return Policy.
I have jumbo quail. Size and depth of hole does not work well. Also the hooks did not fit well into standard cages. I wish I got a slightly different design. And one of the 4 feeders arrived broken. But I only realized this after I installed two of the 4. Now because I used them they won't accept a return even though item was damaged during shipping. Also seller used a cut of box and no protective insulation - no wonder item showed up broken.
