Installation was done and its working properly.**UPDATE AFTER USING IT FOR 5 Months:**I am sorry for my earlier review.DONT DONT DONT DONT DONOT BUY THIS Product if you want to be in peace of mind.All crappy cheap CH*N*SE electronic products inside and it breaks down frequently. Also the service person will charge you visiting and product replacement charges every time he visits even during the warranty period. 3 times it went off since I bought it and every time I have to beg them to come and attend the repair. So for your time and peace, go for some good branded product.

The media could not be loaded. I am very much like this product and we are proud to have an indian made product for our family drinking water purpose. I searched for a lot of water purifier products in the market and unhappy with the price and availability of accessories. But at last I found this fresh aqua india water purifier and I am very much happy with the reasonable price and their very good service. Thanks aqua india pure water.

Product good but purifier top of the right corner little crack so please avoid this installation customer care number not reachable so instalation my self so please closed watching compare to flip cart Amazon is good 👍

Over all I say it's a very good comfirtable to install at ur any room .portable too. The technicians was very helpful in installing the ROVery good service .99.99 percent score I will give out of 100.thku Aqua RO

Don't order this unit, if you are in rural areas.You will not get any installation support.If you install yourself, company will not give any warranty/ garantee.

I purchased the product few days back thru Amazon. Delivery was in time, packing also good. When the installation team from "aqua grand"(Ernakulam KERALA) came i learnt that one of the connecting tube (total 3) was missing in the packet and the team charged rs.50 in addition to installation charges rs.500.0 . After installation technician told me that the overflow controlling solinoid is not functioning properly and for rectifying it addl charges will be levied and their duty is only installation . I told him no addl charges vl be paid and he left. soon I contacted the fresh aqua company ( smt. Siya). The very next day the same technician came and rectified without any addl charges. I wud thank the company (smt siya) for timely addressing to my issue and rectifying the problem. The product is fantastic.

I didn't like this product. It doesn't suit for even 1000 TDS. The taste of the water was even more salty.(like sea water). But they have claimed till 2000 TDS. We suffered for a week having a bad membrane. The technician said that, "it is common that they will give a low quality membrane, when you buy the product at this amount". So he later suggested us to change it with the new membrane. We spent extra 2600rs - ₹1600 for the new membrane, ₹400 for the stand, ₹600 for installation and service.Note : The customer executive was connected in whatsapp and did quick replies. She even suggested for a return. But having the strict lockdown, we could not proceed further and the technician said, "Daily We are seeing the cases like these. Even if you get the new product after return, you will be given with the same membrane which is of no use in this lockdown times". Hence we changed the membrane at our own cost.This machine is suitable for metro water houses and not for bore well houses.But still i suggest buying this machine 😂. Bcoz, when you consider the company products which are above ₹12,000, they are also using the same motors and membranes with slight differences. So u can modify this product with mebrane of extra ₹2000. But still it would be better if they provide a good quality membrane.
