If you are on your phone all day, like me, you'll often find it difficult to give the phone the 2hr charging time it requires other than at night... But if you keep it on all night the battery of sure to swell or loose cycles... This gadget is the perfect solution for this... Though ots a lil complicated to learn and use, once you begin to use it, it works like a charm...Unhappy about the packaging and the lack of user instructions... But very happy about the product... The price is also very steep as I found the same product at half the price when I began to look for tutorials to operate it on google...

My needA device that can be used to turn on, and turn off, a circuit at a given set of times each dayThe ProductThe write up for the product mentioned that it could function as a timer switch for a circuit with a time interval as small as 15 mins. To be fair, it can function in that manner. However, the "pins" that are used to set the time are very small and one cannot use a thumb or a finger to press or pull the pins. One needs another implement to do this. Also, the method of setting the current time is not clear (no clear instruction manual)My ExperienceI used a small brass implement to set the pins (namely, pressed them down to activate the "switch on" time) and set the current time. I plugged this into a wall socket and plugged a load (a table lamp) into the device socket. I expected that the timer would turn the table lamp on at the time specified. However, it did not. The red "indicator" light on the device came on, but, the table lamp was not energized.ConclusionIt is a device that is rather difficult to setup (considering that the pins are so small, and very closely clustered), and there are no clear indications provided on how to setup the device. I would think twice before buying this.

works good. but the instruction manual was very poor..actually useless. i found a video on internet on how to use it. it comes with german type 2 pin plug so wont do the earthing for 3 pin plugs in india.for ease.of use..see foto of the keys or pins that the manual refers to. u need tp press it down where u want ON state. last foto shows it betyer from side. u can use ur nails. each pin is 15 minutes. oh and u have to slide the switch to clock. also see the arrow in second foto where u have to match the clocktime. her3 it is at 1 pm. the dial with 24 numbrs is clock. dark is night. timer works only when plugged in.

A great product. Perfect mechanical timer mechanism. As long as the electricity does not go off, the time is maintained perfectly. I've been using this during Diwali and Christmas for lighting and don't have to worry about switching the decorative lights installed outside the house, off, at night. Simple, easy to install and instructions provided.

The product was in full working condition, overall the product was good but the only problem I faced was plugging in a device. The mount was bad and I was not able to plug in most of the devices in it. The timer function was good. Would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a good mount.

Everything is fine but during power failure the timer doesn't work and works when power is retained and this breaks the time defference. I want a timer which works during power failure too. It should be provided by a battery backup to keep time current time

Not intended productproduct is not intended for timed on and off functions.it is for switching off after a defined time.
