Good Product and Fair price
It performs well, but I found adding and removing links a little more difficult than the 1/2" version.

Make to fit
Using needle nose pliers it was easy to make the size I need. Beats trying to find the size I need elsewhere.

Correct belt for Atlas 618 or Craftsman 101
Much better then original belt. Runs quiet, better power transmission, longer life expectancy and eliminates the need to disassemble machine when replacing. More expensive the conventional belts but well worth it.

V-Link on JET lathe
The Power Twist V-Link Belt worked fine on my JET 1440VS lathe. To get the original belt replaced would have taken about 6 weeks (rather than 3 days) and it was almost twice as costly. However, the You-Tube video on installing the Power Twist V-Link Belt makes it look a lot easier than I discovered. I found a needle-nose pliers was need to twist the tabs and lock them in place and all of this needed to be done in a very confined space. But I didn’t need to remove the handwheel or mess with the spindle bearing cover as I would have needed to do to install a continuous belt. So that saved some time. Thus far it appears to run fine with the V-Link belt.

No brainer
If you're struggling to find a replacement belt for an obsolete drill press or even a newer table saw, these linked belts are seriously the last belt you'd have to buy! Easy installation and super durable materials are the wise choice.

Just an FYI....
This belt (and likely many of the others like it sold here on Amazon) is not a Power Twist brand belt. Even though that name is used in the ad. It is a knock-off made in China. The label on the package blanks out a couple letters so that they are only calling it a Power Tw s Belt but it says Power Twist in the ad. Some ads on line call it a Power Twins belt... likely in an attempt to fool potential customers.I didn't know, what I didn't know, but after doing some research I now know that an actual Power Twist belt of this length is double the cost. Will this perform just as well? Maybe, but at this point I don't know since I just installed it which is why I gave it 3 stars. Regardless, I don't like deceptive advertisers that pass off fake copies made made in China, as the real thing. If you don't mind that, give it a try. If you do, then search on amazon for belts that include "Fenner Drives" in the description and you will be getting the real thing, but expect to pay a lot more.

Perfect For Emergency Repairs, As Well As In Some Daily Use
I've had V-Belts break in the middle of a project, and it's no fun having to stop and get a new belt. If the belt is worn on its back, the size information may be missing, complicating things even more. The Power Twist v Belt solves that problem.I keep several feet of this material on hand for emergencies, and yes, I do ultimately purchase a proper B-Belt as soon as practical. But I will say that on some of my more lightly used machinery, I use a Power Twist v Belt all of the time. This is especially true if it is a machine that I purchased used, and had to cobble it together with a used motor. I think you will like this belt material.
