We were going to do a sushi/ foodie party. The flying fish roe where colorful, fresh tasting and had that "pop" we were looking for. I would buy them again and recommend them highly.

I ordered this product and it was supposed to be sent by 2-day or so shipping. Admittedly there was a weather issue during this time and the product took a week to arrive. The artificial "ice" was nothing but bags of room temperture water. I emailed the company to see if it was still safe to eat and they said they would replace the item, but they did not. I tried tasting the caviar and it seemed OK but then I did not feel great later. In the future I may prefer to order from a different company.

Despite the bad reviews I took a chance in ordering this since this product isn't easily found anywhere near where I live, and I really wanted to make my own sushi. The Texas heat threatened to make this venture a potential disaster. However, shipping was fast. Received in two days and it was ice cold. Packing was excellent! Should be for what you're paying. Product was tasty and in pristine condition. Thank you!

The lid is really hard to open but these fish eggs are great. Like the ones at them sushi restaurants!
