Everything negative written about this so called bridge is true including it being a complete rip off , it came with little to no instructions only a sheet telling you the parts that were included and how many of those parts . Beyond that you are on your own , no proper website to get manuals , no proper functioning live chat and no returned correspondence via email. Not to be repetitive but what was said in previous comments is factual , the screws and bolts will not fit where they are intended to and I can also imagine if that is true it may be likely true that this is purely a decoration and not as its promoted by the company as a bridge and it s a bit too pricey for just a visual bridge .

Very light wood Material. I would not walk on this at all. I bought it for a garden center piece. So it serves its purpose. Screws too short planks keep coming apart. A lot of other tweaking is required as well to keep posts from sliding around even though they are bolted in. Garden decor only. Would have rather purchased it for less money.

The bridge side rails did not stay on. Kept falling off. Had to use glue.

I have ordered many items that have to be put together on arrival. Some have excellent instructions and others not so much, but this product had the worst instruction sheet I have ever encountered. No explanations or pictures of how to assemble, just pictures of the different pieces. It took my neighbor, who is an experienced DIY, and me two hours to assemble the garden bridge and it was so unsteady I could only use it for decoration in a garden - I would never want someone to walk on it!

I thought this was something my grandchildren could walk across. Don't trust it. Weak quality.

This product looks good online but it's a piece of crap. The screws aren't long enough so we had to go buy ones that were. The middle pole is the only one that fits where the screws for outer ones one each side didn't reach the wood at all. I'm afraid to walk on it because the wood feels like it may break so we had to go back to the store to purchase support beams. Save your money.

Very sturdy. Light. Nice color. Easy to put together. Remember people this is a garden decoration. Probably not a walk bridge. Otherwise rails wood be taller. No damage or splitting when assembling. Directions weren't to great. But with common sense, most adults can put this together. Thank you.

Save your money. You get what you pay for and this thing is a piece of junk. The wood is like balsa wood and is very soft. The screws that they give you are either not long enough or if they do reach the other piece of wood it makes the wood split so it’s full of splits and big gaps. The longer screws that they give you don’t secure the pieces together. It is very poor quality.
