Such a Great Deal⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Feels like I got way more than what I paid for. Amazing value!

I switched from Xtend BCAAs to this, and it's pretty good. It does get a little foamy and didn't mix as smooth, but it went down easily and didn't have a terrible taste. You really can't go wrong with Muscletech products. I have used their stuff for years and always get fantastic results.

When I go on strenuous hikes or long ski days, I almost always get painful cramps the following evening. These cramps can be so bad I am afraid to go to bed for fear of waking up screaming. I've tried multiple different electrolyte powders and drinks and they all help a little, but this brand seems to have double the sodium and electrolyte ingredients in one serving. Maybe it's also the combination of the BCAAs & amino acids with the electrolytes. Whatever the magic, for the first time ever, I have been able to participate in hard hikes and even a difficult backpacking trip without experiencing painful leg cramps. My only complaint is the sweetener is over the top artificial tasting. I tend to add 1/2 serving of Gatoraid powder or Mio to my drinks to disguise the flavor. I wish they would switch to Stevia sweetener. Other than the flavor, this is the best I've tried and the price is pretty reasonable to boot.

Personally not a fan of the taste. I've tasted a couple protein powders to have an opinion and this is by far the lowest one. It's pretty difficult to mix. It gets very droopy and foamy in my shaker leaving residue behind when I finish.But results are sold tho. My muscles are huge now and my hair doesn't fall off as much now. As for weight loss. I can't say much about that. I'm on intermediate fasting, I eat one meal a day. I've already lost a ton of weight before buying this product. Idk if this protein powder will make a huge difference

BCAA Amino Acid appears to be a solid product & provides results. I've been using BCAA daily for the last six months. I am 63 and am pleased with increased energy and recovery following exercise. I am not a hard core fitness person, especially after shoulder replacements, But I focus on healthy weight management, body tone, and endurance walking/hiking - I track my Health, fitness and recovery quite closely.I recommend this product.
