GAME 4558 Vacuum Hose Adaptor

I'm using this adaptor on my EvaJoy 16'X32' pool which has some oddly sized intake/outtake fittings. I used this to connect my Intex skimmer to the intake of the pool and it works perfectly.

I used this adaptor to hook up a 1.25 inch hose to the inlet of my 18ft. above ground pool. The purpose for this was to use the pool's pump as a vacumm. The inlet is a little under an inch in diameter and a 1.25 in hose didnt fit. This adaptor help with this problem perfectly! This adaptor is made of a hard quality white plastic. You will need to put a hammer to it to break this puppy. This adaptor will work with a 1.5 in hose too.

If you bought the mainstay pool vacuum and hose from Walmart this is the correct adapter. We have a coleman soft sided pool.

Does not work right the way with the pool hose in my house, but I got it working after sanding off the edge a little.

Too small for Intex connections.The product itself was fine

I purchased this item for my best way pool. I wanted the vacuum hose attached on the inside of the pool and this worked perfectly!

Not a high quality adaptor but for a good value

This is not the same as the intex 4558 part. The short end is too short and not wide enough (that’s what she said) and doesn’t fit snug in the hole (she said that too) in the side of the pool after you remove the filter inlet fitting (part 11070). The clamp on the hose that goes to the filter has nothing to grip so when there is any real suction, air leaks into the line and your pump will stop pumping. Go for the intex part 4885. I haven’t tried it yet but it looks to have the same vacuum hose adapter end (1 1/4 - 1 1/2) as this part but the other end matches the filter inlet fitting 11070 that you need need to remove to use the adapter.
