Thermostat is amazing
Our thermostat broke a couple years ago and we got along with it jimmy rigged until a couple weeks ago. We had been putting off getting a new one because we were worried about the hassle of reinstalling and the worry that it wouldn't work.Ordered this one last week, got it in less than a week. Very sturdy design, which I loved. We had the very old version (probably around the 1980's) and it wasn't as big, but also broke very easily. Installing it took about 15 minutes, and worked right away. The instructions were very well laid out, and the system was very easy to install. The old system took longer to take off than this one took to put up!So far, haven't had any issues, and it's been wonderful to have a working thermostat again. I highly recommend this product!

basic and easy
No frills, no fuss. Just the way I like it. My old honeywell stopped working and I was able to get this installed and my heat working as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately due to a storm, amazon prime was late in delivery and we had to go 2 extra days without heat.

I love electronics, but sometimes I just want something simple and old-school that doesn't take forever to learn or set up. This is soooo easy to install and use, it is amazing.

Garbage on arrival
I installed as per instructions and it wouldn't work. I call the manufacturer, Honeywell, and they told me the thermostat was defective. I paid over $30 for the thermostat because I though it would be more accurate than my $15 thermostat. Not only wasn't it more accurate it was garbage on arrival. I'm not sure if it's Honeywell's fault or the 3rd party seller's fault but either way I'm not happy.

Exact replacement
I could tell the old one failed by jumping across wires--new one came I just replaced the dial assembly by snapping on the base--took longer to unpack than getting heater going again.

Needed quickly for heat!!
My thermostat decided to quit during a cold spell this past winter. Thankfully I had an honest oil tech visit to determine this, although I knew beforehand. He was awesome and showed me how to install it myself after buying the part on Amazon! So I needed this in a hurry to get my heat back on. I am so grateful to this company for the fast ship and to my oil man for his honesty and patience. Thanks everyone!!
