This Harmonica is a Beast!
I’ve played a solo Chromatic harmonica for over 50 years, and decided to buy a Base Harmonica. I love the rich low notes of this large heavy harmonica. It was affordable as well.

Deal of the century bass harp
I’ve been playing blues harp a long time. Always wanted to try a bass harp (I play a electric bass, not all that well). I figured for the price it was worth a try. Professional Hohner and Suzuki basses cost 5-6 times as much. I am astonished at the quality of this amazing two pound harmonica. By my Peterson soft strobe tuner it is at most 3 to 4 cents sharp on every hole - this is amazing. It took me several weeks of practice to achieve this, it is an all blow instrument and requires careful breath modulation. I have Suzuki Promasters that we’re 24 cents sharp out of the box And required tuning. If you are thinking about this thing go for it. At worst you will get the theme to “Sanford and son” out of your system.

This thing is great.
It's so much fun and BIG! I had no idea how big this was going to be. It's almost as large as a red brick. The tone is so nice. Better be a big puffer, as this harp takes a lot of wind to get the reeds to vibrating. Holy cow! Did I mention how big it is. When ever I see one this big I just want to put it my mouth and start blowing.I wouldn't trade you a talking Rubik's cube for my bad ass bass harmonica.

Great harmonica for the price...
I was pleasantly surprised with the East Top Bass Harmonica. I had pretty low expectations for a $120 price point, but this thing is awesome.First of all, it's huge...it's like a metal brick. It's got a great tone to it, but it does have it's flaws...the holes are pretty close together, so it can be a little difficult to hit a precise note. You can also get a little clanging of the reed against the metal body if you blow too hard.I was going between the Trombo Pocket Bass and the other East Top Bass, and a Swan Bass. The Swan had 29 notes for around $180, this one has 25 for $120, and the pocket versions have 10 or 12 for the same price as this one. I've had a few Swan harps that I wasn't crazy about their quality. I bought the East Top 48 Chord Harmonica a few months ago and was impressed with the quality of that one, so that guided my decision to buying this brand again.

Great value for the money!
I wasn't too sure about buying an instrument sight unseen, but this was a great purchase. Sound quality, craftsmanship good and amazing. No complaints. An amazing value for the money.
